Best 5 Star mistake ever. I went thru the Drive Thru tonight and got my order and I just so happen to not fully check my order. The bag was full, I took a glance and I have yet to have an issue EVER at this Chick-fil-A. Well as they say “Murphy’s Law”. I get home and a sandwich is missing. Ugh!!! 😳😖Back in the car I go…yes I did have an attitude I cannot lie…and in the store I go which I tried to avoid the first time by going thru the Drive thru. I was immediately greeted by someone who asked if they could help me but Brandon who spots the not so happy look on my face came right over to see if he could help. I couldn’t help but relax a bit with his calm, eager to help attitude. I explained what happened, he asks me if a new complete order will help with anything extra. No, I would like a new order would be fine which is done IMMEDIATELY and he tells the staff to take care of it before any other order. I was in and out the door in less than 5 minutes with a fresh order. Brandon solved my issue within seconds and made me feel welcome and not like a crazy lady which calmed me down instantly. Brandon and his staff are a great team from the second I went in the drive thru the first time and yes mistakes happen; it was how they are resolved that matters. Read moreI had a small hiccup at my last visit with a gift that was sent. I went back today and Brandon was there. He happened to remember me from Saturday evening. His shift had ended and he was leaving. When another employee asked him how to fix the situation. The drive thru was getting backed up because of me and he was already off shift. So I decided to pay for my order since my gift didn't scan correctly with the drive thru order clerks. I went back tonight and spoke to Brandon. He remembered me. He provided a refund for my purchase. He also thanked me for not holding up the drive thru line that night. Read moreI am so thankful to Chik Fil A in seal beach that I had to write a review. I love that the company upholds christian values. I am Catholic, and I work at a parish nearby. I love how they close on Sundays. But what really got me today was that I was in the drive-thru line ordering breakfast..I completed my order and realized that I didn't bring my wallet. I said this as I was looking for my wallet over the intercom. So I told her that I need to cancel and sorry. Now I'm stuck in line, waiting to leave. After waiting in line, I was ready to just drive past the window...when the lady stopped me and said "it's okay, don't worry about it. Pay next time" I was in shock.
