I like this market. I showed up at 12:40pm so very last minute for a market that closes at 1pm but I had time to put together a pretty good haul. There were two bakers, two produce sellers, one stand with nuts and dried fruit, two with prepared food and one with jewelry and I think other crafts and one with women's clothing items. Overall a pretty small Market but the produce prices were pretty good and that's what I'm typically showing up to a farmers market for. The first stall with produce had pricing posted and I'm a big fan of that. I bought some blackberries that were just perfectly ripe and the blueberries are also just right (not too sour or stiff) and a couple of yellow squash for a total of $12. The second stall was tree fruit and eggs and the pricing for the eggs was all posted ($10 for a dozen and he did offer a half dozen for $5 I think) and there I paid $4/lb and I purchased $18 worth of nectarines (which smell amazing and no photo can do justice) donut peaches, plums and sumo oranges. He also had other fruit that looked really good including peaches and cherries but these were what I was in the mood for today. And I also grabbed a raspberry croissant and a pistachio croissant from one of the bakers for $10 for the two. For scale this thing was bigger than my face before I mowed through half of it and the pistachio was baked in so fluffy!!! and nutty! and buttery! And there's this yummy pistachio custard inside of it. Overall a pretty impressive $40 haul I was really pleased to find this much selection and quality in this cute little Farmer Market.đ Behold...

The Market is located right outside of the St. Andrews Leisure World gate and the Leisure World in-house buses run to the market area. The market is small, but they do have the basics. We appreciate they being there for our senior community as a food resource during the Coronavirus crisis...It is also a good resource for the residents of the Seal or Seal...
