Sullen Clothing inc. — Local services in Seal Beach

Ordered some hats from this company. They chose to use fedex to ship them to me. I paid for insurance while checking out and selecting the logistic options. Fedex basically stole my package. They claimed to deliver my hats to “a mail room”. My building doesn’t have one. After many calls to fedex who were not helpful as I was not the sender, I reached out to sullen and reminded them of the insurance I paid for and they finally agreed to resend the items. According to fedex, sullen then sent the items to a “David” at another address. Fedex says they were not responsible. They take it to the address provided by the sender. Sullen became unresponsive and stopped replying to my calls or emails. Last they said is “we sent it again”, take it to fedex. Fedex says, take it to Sullen, not our problem. In the meantime, I was charged for hats I never received, I got not one but TWO bills for import charges for both packages from fedex and neither one of the companies wants to be responsible. They just move on and don’t care after collecting your money. You’d think after fedex lost the first package, they would use a different courier. Well, again, guess they don’t care about their customers once they collect the money. Never doing business with them again, cannot and will not recommend this...

I've been buying from Sullen for over a good year and their products have always been stellar and I guess you could say I'm Sullen loyalist. The artists they showcase have put out some quality artwork and as a tattoo collector it is nice to see artists work from around the world. My shirts, hats, backpacks, hell even my luggage has been pretty good and I beat up my stuff so that is testament to the quality. Sometimes you get a lemon and I have had that on one item, but that happens from time to time. I buy directly from their website so there is no confusion and I always look for that...

Here we are again. They say if you order them within weeks of one another you risk getting a duplicate. Last time in January of 2023 they sent me a duplicate after waiting MONTHS. almost a year later I have received the same hoodie. Now i have 3. Last time they wouldn't acknowledge they falsely advertise or let me return it. I just wrote them again. After almost a year how did you guys send me the same shit. Get it together. Let's see if they do something this time in order to retain a customer. I doubt it. Don't order their mystery hoodies or...
