Very nice staff, even though they were close to closing time and possibly under-staffed for the night it seemed, the worker, who I believe was a supervisor/manager, was incredibly polite, helpful, patient and prompt with his service. He seemed to have to be handling taking all the orders being placed inside at the counter as well as having to handle taking all of the orders being placed outside through the drive thru, but still managed to make sure he got to everyone equally quickly without anyone really ever being stuck waiting for an unreasonable or even questionably long period of time, plus was able to keep up with starting to get some things picked up and put away in preparation for closing. Yet never once did he seem like he was getting overwhelmed, frustrated, short-tempered or rude and never made me (or anyone else it appeared, in my opinion) feel rushed, hurried out the door so he could get to the next person, or anything of that nature and it was all just a perfect example of amazing customer service and the evidence of a true quality employee for any company to have working for them, I already was absolutely in love with del taco for their delicious, wholesome food, but because of the service I received and witnessed at this particular location, this del taco establishment is definitely now my favored...

I ordered 2, $1 items...the drive thru line was very long and moved slowly, at the window the women put me on hold for quite a while, I then asked for a free chipotle sauce(norm .25c?) since I was delayed she refused. I asked for manager, she also refused. I got to window after quite a wait and they tried to charge me $10 they had messed up/lost my order, I had to remind them and they put in order as new so it was obviously lost, the manager then claimed my delay was because it was dinner time, I looked at time and it was 7:30pm not exactly a "busy time" nor "dinner time". I expected more from a Del taco in a rich area where norm, good service is the standard, but not true here. I don't advice...
Read moreI can't thank/apologize to the manager enough. Yesterday I had enough points on the app for a free combo. So I got a few items for my wife and son and the free combo but for some reason their system wasn't picking up the offer on my barcode. I didn't complain but I guess the manager decided to just give me the free meal since it was clear on my phone. He also noted that the offer might still be on the app. Well the offer and my points are still there so thank you for that and sorry I accidentally took a free meal. I'll be sure to buy two combos and some gift cards on my next visit. Does del taco have gift cards? Anyway thank you for your kind service. Hopefully we can get the offer...
