Finally irritated enough this morning to write one of these reviews. The line here is always atrocious. If you've been to this one you know it's a rather large location, I entered this morning and the line was backed up to the door, I barely squeezed inside. THERE WAS ONE PERSON ON THE REGISTER..furthermore, she was grumpy, no "thanks for your patience," no, "thank you" after i made my purchase, just "mmmhmm." Poor, poor customer service. When I neared the front of the line, the girl who had been cleaning tables (with no apparent urgency) THEN decided it might be good to jump on a register..at this point the line behind me is yet again to the door. I've been forced to go to this location over the years, one because I live nearby, and two, when there is traffic I have to unfortunately reroute myself to this one. I don't quite understand why they can't nail down efficiency. Whether it be the drive thru or walk in, the decision for me is simply "which do I want to deal with today." I mostly try to go to the Bella Terra location (another location on my way to work) and they are the complete opposite of this seal beach Starbucks. When I told the Barista that my order was incorrect that I wanted extra extra caramel * 4 and I let him know politely that I don't go to Starbucks often and he was like oh the pumps and I was like well the caramel and he's like well that would be 16 times and I was like whatever I want extra caramel LOL He did 16 pumps of the caramel flavor 😆 Not the same at all. I normally have a big pile of caramel sitting at the bottom of my drink, that's why I go to Starbucks. I'm in it for the caramel. I expressed to him there must have been some confusion it was odd because he didn't offer to correct my drink but there was confusion with the gal before me and he let her not only keep her drink and offered to corrected it. Sooo just saying I don't know what that was about. I don't like to give poor reviews, but this is the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks, and I'm not sure that I would go again. I was as polite as I could be without saying hey can you fix my drink that's completely wrong LOL but that's not what happened so hopefully Starbucks can take this information and utilize it to correct any errors that are made. Read moreWhat can I say, except well done (clap, clap)! This Starbucks is uniquely shaped but they do there best to make room. I normally can find a seat here. I did try the new Smoked Butterscotch Latte and may have puked in my mouth a little, it was pretty bad. But the staff suggested something different and replaced it with speed and no issues. My heart almost stopped when I noticed they may be out of Siggi's drinkable yogurt but the staff did a search and found some in back and the effort was appreciated (so I bought two). On a side-note that Siggi's is awesome, drink up! This location has limited plugs but they have a house extension chord that allowed for power at two more tables (including mine).
