Worst experience ever. Stood in line, 2 cashiers helping a customer, neither 1 of them acknowledge my pressence there. Cashier finished with the customer, phone rings, still I am not acknowledge, finally off the phone and decides to see that I am actually standing there waiting to be asked if I needed help and as soon as I say yes, the other cashiers cell phone starts ringing her funky tune which she thinks isjust funny and starts laughing out loud. Anyhow after close to 10 mins of waiting just to ask if they carried an item, of course they did not carry the item. Thanks...

Well, I give favor to my ACE HARDWARE STORES, MDM I believe. I went and bought a brass fitting and; I had gone to get a replica Key, so I looked for some fittings, but so were all the plumbers and contractors. I don't blame anyone. I thought I could get credit for my purchase. I offered to provide proof the purchase had been taken from my bank account. OH NO, WE NEED THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. When I go to the ACE HARDWARE STORE in Rosenberg, TX., they scan the code and the sale is returned to me to my account. And that's the way it went....

This is a medium sized Ace hardware, larger than the one in New Ulm (same owner), and smaller than the one in Brenham. They sell both Echo and Stihl equipment. I walked in looking for wire clips and walked out with wire clips and an Echo weed eater. I wanted to buy one that day, but most stores that sell them in the area were already closed.
