So I called tonight I wanted the cheese enchilada plate. I specified that I can only eat real cheddar cheese. I cannot eat processed cheese. I said it over and over again please just make sure it’s real cheddar cheese. The processed cheese because of my dietary restrictions will make me sick so please I will pay an extra charge. I don’t care what it is. Just make sure it’s cheddar and I want salad and pico de gallo on top of it and I will pay for the extra charge again. I don’t care about the extra charge. Did I get that? Did I get that? No I got charged for all the extra it was that cheap processed Velveeta crap cheese that I cannot even eat there was no lettuce. I got charged for the extra salad, but I got none. I have been a loyal customer for you for years. Your food is mediocre. It’s not even good. I only go to you because of my husband and his loyal to you for local business but to be honest your food sucks. It sucks. It is overpriced for the crap you sell and now I’m gonna tell you the truth After this And I see you lower your prices because your food is crap and everybody else is better and now you know why shame on you shame on you when I begged for cheddar cheese and you gave me this crap anyways!! so I wanna thank you I wanna thank you for making me go hungry with diabetes and my diet restrictions that I’m going hungry tonight because of your incompetent staff because it’s now 8 o’clock I have just driven 148 miles to get to Sealy ordered my dinner in advance. Told you my dietary restrictions and I am too tired to go get anything else to eat so thank you for letting me go hungry tonight. I appreciate you so...

So we live about 20 minutes east of Sealy but were told the Mexican food at Mesquite is worth the drive so we grabbed the kids and headed over on a Saturday morning. We arrived a little after 1100 and the crowd was already starting to arrive. Luis was the gentleman helping us and he was fast and efficient. The salsa has a good flavor and isn't too spicy. We started with a large order of queso (they do have white queso by the way) along with a side of sliced fresh jalapenos. It was good but not extraordinary. I ordered the crispy beef tacos. The flavor was good and the food came out hot. My wife ordered the green enchiladas. She was very pleased with the flavor and they were hot and she left the plate empty! My daughter had soft beef tacos. She said they were good. Finally my son had the queso covered burrito. He said it was excellent. The prices were reasonable ($67 for 4 guests and an appetizer including the tip). We definitely...

We typically get food to go, and eat at home. This place has the best to offer in Sealy, and we have three Mexican food restaurants at last count.

The fajitas are delicious, the yellow queso is sublime and everything else we’ve tried from here has also been delish! We haven’t had a bad dish from Mesquite.

Also, they let me pay over the phone and they bring the order to the car when I arrive, which is great considering the parking slots are all usually full from Mesquite and the restaurant next door. I’d have to park around the block to walk and get my take-out, which isn’t awful, just a pain when you’ve got a car full of groceries and are ready to get it all home. The convenience of pulling up in front of the door, behind the parked cars and calling, then they run it out, is so nice. And greatly appreciated!

We eat here pretty much once per...

Returning to Pearland after 3 days of tuning rhe Guadalupe. Needed to satiate the enchilada desire so we pulled over at Mesquite Mexican Grill in Sealy. The place was incredibly packed for 2pm on a Sunday. However, we were immediately greeted by several servers and got our order quickly taken. Out kids like tacos but one is a crispy aficionado and the other is tacos al carbon. Server navigated their exclusions/additions well. My wife and I ordered enchiladas. Pickled jalapeños were awesome and the beef enchiladas were a Tex-Mex delight. Lots of gravy just the right amount of cheddar cheese abs packed with beef. Really enjoyed our meal and the servers was fantastic with our kids. A great place to eat that we will add to our stops when traveling I-10.

We were driving around this small town and came across the Mexican restraunt, parking lot was empty so we were hesitant to stop for an early dinner, good thing we went with our instincts, this place was amazing, fast, friendly service, piping hot fresh, thin, cantinas style tortilla chips with homemade salsa that was warm, delicious queso which came in either white or yellow, fresh made guacamole at your table and delicious soapapillas and tres leeches along with fajitas, quesadillas and more, we will be back again, this place got super busy soon as the dinner rush hit, so glad we got a seat when we did, excellent food, friendly, snug atmosphere, oh and an excellent sweat tea.
