We had the pleasure to rent the “U.S.A.” moonwalk from Lone Star Bounce, LLC for our church’s summer kickoff event, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Before placing our order, I had several questions—and Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful. She answered everything promptly and thoroughly, making the process smooth from the start. We also had a specific delivery time in mind, and they had no trouble meeting it exactly as requested. When the moonwalk was delivered, we realized we needed it moved slightly away from some bushes. I kid you not—within five minutes, their team was back on-site, happy to help, and they repositioned it just the way we wanted. I cannot recommend Lone Star Bounce enough! For my daughters 6th birthday she asked for a bouncy house. The day of the party the guy I had booked turned out to be a scam. We rented The All American bounce house for my daughter’s birthday. Both of my sister in laws have rented from them in the past. The day of delivery I was sent text updates of when they were close to our location for drop off and also text updates when they were on the way to pick up. The set up was pretty quick considering the size of the bounce house. The bounce house was well maintained and clean! My daughter and her friends had a great time!
