Called right when they opened and they had day of available appointments! I had a hair emergency and needed something right away. My daughter has been wanting bangs for awhile too so I added her to the appointment! We were greeted by friendly staff! The salon was clean and beautifully set up. I don’t get a chance to go into the boutique but my daughter did and she loved it! Julie was our stylist and we enjoyed our time with her. She was knowledgeable, on time and was so nice! We’re new to town so she gave us some great places to to see and eat! Michael and another stylist even talked with us! Great staff, and again beautiful salon! No ratings besides a zero. I went in today to get highlights and the lady asked me about my hair. It had been 8 months since a box die had been placed on my hair. There is absolutely no damage to my hair at all. She refused to do anything to my hair. No highlights no cut no color no trim. 100 % would not help me in any way. My hair is in excellent condition. This Salon offers terrible customer service. I paid over $100 dollars for a cut and color which would be fine if the service was excellent. I walked out with a terrible cut and uneven color ( think 3 different shades- I requested black). When I rescheduled with a different person after complaining, my appointment was cancelled because I complained. They also refused to refund my money or to fix the mistakes. I do not recommend this...
