Employees were extremely friendly and helpful which was the bright spot of our visit! Sold us on the Arkansas mud which was a disappointment as it is just plain chocolate with zero other ingredients that were in the description. The portion sizes were the biggest issue. The 1 scoop was served in a tiny cup which was filled less than halfway with ice cream. I don't mind paying the extremely high prices ($3.50 for a single scoop) if the portion size matches. A few people that I know including my husband worked for the down town event today and they were giving away free coffee. Explain to me why they went in the back and grabbed a dirty coffee pot and served them coffee like that just because they are a-part of the community service crew. It is so easy to get community service up here doesn’t mean that those people are criminals nor should they be treated as such. They are human beings like everyone els.
