Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Searcy

It took 43 minutes for my order for a Hot and Ready Cheese Pizza to be delivered after I ordered it at 3:49 pm. I was told it would be 10 minutes because they were out of cheese pizzas. I said that was fine, paid for the pizza, gave them my name, and then waited. I watched two other customers order at the register and get their pizzas before me. I saw two customers just leave because the service was SO slow. I watch a customer who ordered on line standing at the counter when his pizzas came out from the back. Instead of just handing the pizzas to him, they put the pizzas in the portal and made the upset customer go through that process. Also don't bother trying to call in your order. Not one phone call was answered while I was waiting. When I asked the woman at the register about my pizza, she said they were in the process of making it. I told her I watched every pizza they made for the last half and none were a Hot and Ready Cheese Pizza. I asked to speak to the manager. 10 minutes later at 4:22 pm, the manager handed me the pizza with a big dose of attitude on the side.

This is twice in a row that Little Caesar's has apparently forgotten to how to make cheese pizzas or maybe how to tell time. After waiting for about 45 minutes 3 weeks ago, a frustrated Samantha at the counter asked what I was waiting for. I told her a cheese pizza. She actually walked back to the preparers and told them to make a pizza. Then she came back and apologized for the delay. I asked what happened to the old manager who I was used to seeing. She said he quit and a lot of the crew he trained quit also. I thought the new crew might have had a chance to improve. Only worse. Didn't see Samantha on the...

Worst service I have ever incounter. We were out visiting my son in college, and I thought we would grab a bite to eat something that's not expensive. We order 2 hot n ready keep in mind they are hot and ready. And the new item on their menu that I had been wanting to try. The crazy puffs, so we proceeded to order the young lady who took the order. Told us originally it would be 10 mins due to the fact that we ordered the crazy puffs we were fine with that. So we waited 10 mins go by my wife goes back in the store to get the hot and READY only to be told that it would take 30 mins that's wild so they told her we have the hot n READY but it will now take 30 mins for the crazy puffs they claimed to have a large order. If this order was made before we ordered, they should if said 40 mins instead of 10. Anyways, they had the hot n READY but not the crazy puffs that I was craving, so they told my wife they could refund, and my wife was like fine I will take the hot n READY the your lady refunded the whole order. Then he told the manager the mistake. The manager says, "Will there's nothing we can do. if you like, you can wait 30 mins. Now explain how that works. You have my 2 HOT N READY, BUT NOW YOU DONT BECOUSE YOU REFUNDED THE MONEY WHAT THEY DISAPPEAR WHEN YOU REFUND THE MONEY. Am glad I live where I do get my pizza, but I don't think I could give them a second chance. I am out on vacation. So I went and order DOMINÓS PIZZA and got a great deal 2 pizza and the cinnamon sticks and garlic bread for just the right price by the time I got the dominós pizza down the street by Walmart I waited like 5 mins food was ready and I was able to enjoy with my son at the park...

I went in expecting hot & ready pizza all I wanted was a cheese and a pepperoni pizza but they said they didn’t have any ready. I asked how long it would take to make them and the manager told me 45 min so I decided to go ahead and order and go run some errands and come back. 1 hour later after I get back they still don’t have my pizzas done and proceeded to tell me it would be another 20 min. So I pulled out in the parking lot to wait then went back through the drive through 30 min later to find out you guessed it my pizzas still weren’t done. The manager told me it would be about 15 more mins and to pull out front and he would bring them to me hisself. So I pulled out in the parking lot and 40 min later he is finally bringing them out. I proceed to go home and once I get home I realized that my pizzas weren’t even the right ones. I called back and the manager said they would have me some fresh new ones made if I wanted to come back up there. Living only 10-15 min away and having hungry kids that won’t eat anything besides cheese and pepperoni I decided to go back. Once I got to the store I went inside cause the drive through had 8 cars at that point. Once inside I got in the line second person in the line the lady at the front decided to help the other 2 people behind me before she even acknowledged me. Once she finally acknowledged me she got my pizzas and proceeded to through them down on the counter and say very rudely “here you go”.
