Was gonna let the situation that happened slide but it needs to be addressed. The cashier with the long locs in her hair was so disrespectful and rude, I donāt see how she is allowed to even represent this establishment. She was upset that she was the only cashier working and said she wasnāt gonna ring my daughter and I items up. She was mad because of that and also because my young son didnāt separate three items while helping me place items on counter. She began cursing bad very vulgar language in front of children and other customers. She and I argued back and forth because what you wonāt do is disrespect me and especially in from of a minor child. She walks off and left us standing there so the older gentleman had to come finish our ring up. She needs to be disciplined because she makes Discount Mart lose customers and put them in dangerous situations. Lastly, I tried to purchase a rug and it wouldnāt scan. It had the price tag on it but the older gentleman said it wouldnāt ring up so he canāt seek it. A horrible experience and I will never shop here again. I entered the store(against my better judgement since it wasn't my 1st visit)at about 7:50 pm, just to grab my son a pair of uniform pants. I began to feel some way because a young man who worked there was hovering right next to me and my family the entire time, but I let it slide giving him a bit of conversation. Next, I hear loud yelling, "get them customers out its 8" I said "hello sir, we are coming I'm grabbing the correct size now" he continued on yelling saying he wasn't speaking to me, they are closed, hurry up. I expressed how unnecessary it all was, if y'all rush your customers out of the store at 8 on the dot, maybe y'all shouldn't have let me in at 7:50pm, they could've politely said hey we are closing and so on. The bed sheets had a tear in one day because it's so thin like sheer curtains. And the wardrobe is another story from chipping to the parts not properly fitting. I think the only thing that good in that store is the 10$ mix and match sale they have. if you want to have anything and not keep wasting your money,I advise ppl to go to a store and spend good money at least put that $200 you plan on spending at this store put it towards something that's 1k.....at least it will last longer and you will have a warranty if you in...
