CB2 — Local services in Seattle

Love the CB2 collection, but this location is always understaffed and the SAs in the store barely have any time to do anything you ask for. I ordered a couple of things in store for curbside pickup and had to wait a total of 45 mins to have them bring it to my car. 45 MINS!!! I called two times. First time I spoke to a guy who I believe took absolutely no action after I called and informed him that I was parked at the curbside sign. Called again, a female picked up and put me on hold for 10mins, but at least she was responsible enough to take action and got someone out with my stuff within 10mins of the call. CB2 designs are good but the build quality needs to be improved.

The reason I'm giving 1 star here is the lack of commitment from CB2. They take your order a, promise you a day and then the delivery get pushed and pushed to the right.

When you call to follow up after you're hooked, they say there is nothing they can do as this is a pandemic (and pandemic didn't start in Jan 2021 when we placed our order) and that they are happy to cancel the order! You will need to call several times and they keep no record of your calls. All they say is that they try their best to keep customers informed of the delay! I enjoy CB2 and I am happy to have them in Seattle. I was there on opening day attempting to purchase an item. There was one person minding the till and one person in front of me trying to purchase a large item. The transaction took a fair amount of time and I was surprised that no other employees came to the till to tend to customers. There were 2 employees right behind me talking loudly about the opening and how great it was going. And how great the party was the night before. Shame on you for taking your eyes off your customers.
