I came here because I got the ShackBurger for free with another purchase, which after some debating, I decided to choose to spend on the Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries

First, the burger. It was smaller than I expected - although the amount of toppings inside was decent - the buns were surprisingly small. Only 500 cal for a burger is pretty low, especially one that costs nearly 7 and a half dollars

I thought the quality was pretty good, though The buns were really soft and nice. Shake Shack seems to take the opposite route as some other places and undertoasts their buns - but here I found that it worked well as the top was pillowy soft and the insides of each bun was buttered well. I didn't like the fact that the mayonnaise was not spread on the bun though - instead it was in separate dollops

The smashed burger was pretty good - although I do have a similar complaint about it not being thick enough. However, it did taste quite good - as it was crunchy, and well flavored

I thought the cheese was also quite good and melted well on the burger patty. Wish there was a little bit more lettuce though

The part of this meal that I really liked more were the fries, however

After trying these, I'm pretty convinced that Shake Shack makes the best (or maybe second best to Five Guys) french fries out of any fast food place

That's just the basic fries, however. These specialty fries were even better

I loved the kimchi seasoning on these. While I do wish a) it would have some actual spice to it and b) it was all over the fries instead of only on a few, I found it added a fantastic seasoning - making this truly a unique french fry experience.

I wasn't a huge fan of the Korean BBQ sauce - it just tasted strange and like a mix of too many different things though The cheese sauce, however, was quite good and enjoyable I also liked double dipping in the BBQ sauce first and the cheese sauce second

The portion of fries for the price was much better value than the burger as well

Overall, pretty high-end fast food - but would've been a lot better if the burger was larger

Burger: 7.5/10 Fries:...

Why is it so freaking hard to go somewhere and get excellent food and excellent customer service? Why does it have to be one or the other? I am sick of the way of the world. This pandemic has got people just on a whole another level when it comes to customer service and just using simple manners

So I had a roll it up to the store because the as the website wasn't working for ordering so that was the 1st wamp wamp, no big deal technology sucks sometimes and that's just how it is.. I go there the line's a little long not too bad I mean patience is a virtue so I jump in line after getting great assistance from a staffer cleaning up the lobby. By the way I really appreciate that Christoff.

And I mean honestly hes the whole reason why I stayed. So I jumped in line thinking about what I wanted to get it. Looking at the menu I realized everything was all a cart and that was OK. I ended up getting the chicken bites but I realized once I got to the car and I'm sitting here eating the lady never said do you want honey mustard or barbecue she just took it upon herself to give me honey mustard. Good thing that's not a bad thing. The chicken is nice hot and fresh I can't lie. I wish the chick at the register's customer service was the same hot and fresh she was pretty still and dry. I noticed she had great other people but she didn't greet me. It's OK I'm dealing with a lot of that . Anyways needless to say I don't know if I'll ever return to thiss shake shack in the Uvillage, So I'm happy to know that there's another one located at Kirkland and I guess I'll just be going to that 1 if and when I go...

I have been to this location a lot and it just has so many issues. The workers are rude, they give inaccurate times for pick up, and always are forgetting straws or sides when it’s for pick up. But I want to talk about my recent experience. I ordered my food at 12:50pm on the app and the app said to pick up at 1:02pm. Knowing that their times are always inaccurate I didn’t get there until 1:05pm and when I arrived my name wasn’t on the board. At 1:09pm, I got a text that my food was ready and my name showed up on the board. I went to the window and she said my food actually wasn’t ready. I was still being patient and took a step back. 12 minutes went by and I still didn’t have my food. I went back up to the window and asked if my food was ready yet. And she said, “oh umm.. let me go check”. She then left and came back a minute later and had my food in hand. I didn’t receive my food until 1:25pm. no apology even though I expressed it took a half hour for my “fast food” order to be ready and I was on my lunch break. It was really frustrating. I then called later on to let them know of my experience and left them a voicemail. I didn’t get a call back. My frustration is towards the company and not the workers for this instance. Please put more accurate times for pick up. If it tells me to come pick it up at 1:02pm It should not take an extra twenty minutes to make. Also, it’s mainly frustrating because I was on my lunch break. I don’t have a ton of time for my lunch. Lastly, management should always call back customers and it was disappointing to not hear...
