One of Veggie Grill's signature dishes is the VG Classic Burger, a fan favorite at Veggie Grill. Its juicy plant-based patty, topped with caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, and a tangy VG sauce, is all nestled between a soft sesame seed bun. Served with a side of crispy seasoned fries, it's a satisfying and flavorful meal that's sure to please. Beyond their delicious food, Veggie Grill is committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. They use only plant-based ingredients and avoid artificial additives and preservatives. The restaurant also offers a variety of gluten-free and soy-free options, making it inclusive for diners with dietary restrictions. Veggie Grill has a full plant based menu offering traditional American and Mexican comfort foods. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, macaoni and cheese, burritos, quesidillas, etc. are the type of things found oh their menu. I have tried a few different menu items from different locations. The taste is consistent , and the menus are the same. This visit I had tried the Double BBQ Mac Burger with bacon, Regular Fries, and the Belgian Chocolate Cake. The Double BBQ Mac Burger was good. It had all the taste and portion you would expect from a fast food Burger spot. However, I find these burgers to be better than most vegan spots and certainly consistent. The bacon adds a nice crunch and saltiness to the Burger that goes well with the smothering BBQ sauce, and pieces of cheese covered macaroni. The bun is nothing special, but taste fine. The fries are good, remind me somewhat of a Burger King French fry. A little ketchup, and you will be good to go. The fries could be a little less salty. The cake is good. It is a "box cake" but it still tastes okay. If you're looking for a sweet treat at the end and you like chocolate; it will do. The service here was great and all the staff was really friendly. The food came relatively quickly, and there was a lot of available seating. The place could've been a little cleaner; as I noticed the floor was dirty, and some tables were not clean.

I used to frequent the Veggie Grill in Westlake but they've permanently closed, unfortunately. They always had tip top service and delicious, freshly made food served with a positive and upbeat attitude. This location however will give you the stink eye, if you simply ask for an extra side of aioli for your Large order of fries? Dude, it's a large! But wait. . . is it really? They'll fill your fries with what looks like a drink cup half full! But still charge you $6. I didn't say anything about it as I felt it wouldn't have done any good with staff attitudes already flaring. The salad was pretty tasty but four pieces of vegan buffalo is super stingy for $12. They really skimp on their ingredients and are not generous for the price that you pay. I did not have this type of experience at other VG locations. Some attitudes at this mall ooze 1980s rodeo drive vibes!

I used to love veggie grill for quite some time, but I have fallen out of love with it now. The manager has been quite rude to me on multiple occasions when I have come in. Also the manager is not accommodating to dietary restrictions. She was not willing to replace a side of fries for a side of broccoli and told me they don’t do sides of broccoli anymore when I came in two days prior and an employee actually recommended a side of broccoli for me when my food came with fries. It seems like the manager just changes the menu and rules randomly all the time which makes no sense. I asked for a veggie beyond burger lettuce style and they put a chopped minty spring mix on top of the burger and the mint flavor with the burger was not good. They also don’t give out complimentary drinks to university village workers like they used to which is extremely disappointing. It didn’t make me feel welcomed as a village worker. Also they give out compostable plates and stuff but ask you to throw your compostable plates in their garbage which completely defeats the purpose of compostable packaging. I do not recommend this place unless they start making some positive changes to make customers feel more welcome...
