Don Armeni Boat Ramp is one of the best hidden gems in all of the state!!!! Blanc de Blanc 2018 was a total hit. I could not imagine a more beautiful place in Seattle to have such a magical evening with strangers! Panoramic views of Seattle on a perfect night- I couldn't have anticipated better. The best view of Seattle in Seattle . Today is cold but the skies are clear and the Sunshine makes this entire area glow! We also have Waterfront picnic tables, some beachhead, a boat ramp, and a 24/7 365 hygiene facility. Plenty of parking during the weekday. Great boat launch for fishermen. BUT those that do not fish are ruining the area. Loud cars, obnoxious music, the bathrooms are disgusting filthy. Men using the ladies restroom...creepy...watch out for your kids. I did not feel safe there. The water fountain has no water pressure. The police have to chase people out of the parking lot at dark. The area is meant to for trucks and boat trailers that have paid the fee to park there. I feel bad for those that live in the expensive condos on Harbor Ave. The area us ruined with filth, noise...
