Going out for a vacay so I decided to get a shellac manicure. After paying $45, what I got was uneven cut of nails, nails that were not filled properly and skin breaking out.
I got there early at 11.30 am and no one was there. They asked me if I had an appointment to which I said no. But still they got me in. As the last started the manicure, two other ladies got in and she asked them the same question. These ladies said they called a few mins back for two pedicures. And then it went downhill.
The second aestheticisan started doing the pedicure but was constantly looking at the primary aestheticisan to see the progress of my manicure. She would constantly interrupt her and ask her to hurry up on me so she could take care of the other two ladies. Rushing my manicure resulted in this disappointing experience.
The primary aestheticisan was massaging my hands after the gel was applied. But the second last came and asked her to stop and go and do the pedicures
She just hurried it up and didn't care about the experience.
