With the intention of having a beautiful Montana sapphire engagement ring, I looked all over the Internet for the gem that I had been envisioning. I am so glad I came across Mary Elizabeth’s website. In her inventory was the most perfect radiant parti-colored Montana sapphire that I dreamed of.

From the beginning she was so helpful and sweet. I was initially worried that designing my rings long-distance (I live in Texas) would be too difficult, but she made the process so easy for me through thorough communication and plenty of pictures/videos of different options that we wanted to explore. I have difficulty making decisions and she was very helpful in showing me all the options I requested. I really enjoyed the process of working with her.

Mary Elizabeth absolutely made my dream a reality with my rings and I am so glad I decided to create them with her. She created exactly what I envisioned (actually, even better than envisioned.) It really makes a difference to work with a jeweler that is artistically talented, personable, and willing to explore all of your creative ideas. Also, her pricing was very reasonable and the craftsmanship of her work is wonderful. She also was quick on communication and creating the finished product.

I am still so in love with my rings. They are more beautiful than I ever imagined. I admire my engagement ring daily and sometimes wear my wedding ring around the house because I love it so much (we are getting married next year!) I went to Glitter and Gold to see Mary after some friends had their wedding rings made by her over a decade ago. She was everything I remembered - kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative! I needed to have some fine jewelry sold, and she made it happen in record time and took a very reasonable commission for her effort. I re-invested the profits from the sale into having a vintage old heirloom family ring re-sized, cleaned, and re-pronged. It turned out beautifully! The entire process, from drop-off of the old jewelry to the sale and pickup of the refurbished ring only took a few weeks! I was floored by how easy it was. And I even made a little profit on the jewelry sale! I am absolutely THRILLED with the result, and I got some great tips from her about how to keep my "new" ring clean and sparkly! I learned a lot about the jewelry that I own, and I never would have been confident enough to price and list the items I wanted to sell on my own. I don’t even know how to put our experience with Mary into words. We are a lesbian couple and we honestly found Mary by accident! We were just looking around for rings and came to her place and she luckily didn’t have an appointment and let us in! She was so patient with us, showed us everything we would be doing with her. It ended up being the most creative, special, intimate experience my fiancee and I have had for our wedding. Mary lets your wildest dreams come true and then exceeds them!! You give her ideas and she creates beautiful art. We got to design our rings with her, pick out our stones, try on wax models to make sure it was just right, have a ring casting party with family!! (We got to melt the metal for each others rings and make them!!!) Then finally yesterday they weee ready, and they were stunning. Mary then also helped me with my little plan to repropose to my fiancée! We included pictures from it all. She lets you get down to the most intimate details of which fingerprint of each others we wanted engraved inside our bands.
