The people that they hire at this place seem to be hard-working but burned out and frankly who would blame them? A depressing pall hangs over the section of Seattle with the constantly overcast sky and the people driving around here often have no idea where they’re going. Their GPS is confused and sent them in the wrong location and as a result there are 17,000 people trying to get in and out of this parking lot which was never designed for such manoeuvers. The nearby train has to be crossed in order to get onto the West Seattle Freeway and into downtown on first and 4th Avenue and that creates additional weight times and complications for drivers especially when they are sporting events at the stadiums and no one plans for this so this Burger King tends to get hit pretty heavily because desperate people are trying to get their blood sugar up before they murder someone. It’s also odious that the city of Seattle has declared war on sugar and has a disgusting Tax on sugar so if you’re going to get Diet Coke that’s fine but if you want to get a Coca-Cola, there’s an additional obnoxious charge that they pocket. Incidentally, they said this would be going away but years later it’s still here so once again progressive politicians make their society more regressive. It is certainly not the merchants fault they just have to follow the law.
Again the staff here is decent and they try very hard but the food is often cold and it’s often manky and really not worth your time or efforts to procure sustenance. Think of your health and try someplace...
Read moreSo we get to the drive through and the guy talking to us has huge attitude we took a tiny break to figure out our food and when we finally got some handled he said he wasnt ready to take our order anymore. When he was finally ready to take the order he was repeating to us but not letting us finish and asking questions like we were stupid is how the tone was implied. Then we figure out why he couldnt take the order for a bit earlier. We get to the window and someone decided to not take the bag of food they ordered and the manager just left it there below the window on the ground. Apparently he is the manager. Then the shake machine isn't working. One of the workers in the lobby was laying on a bench table seat relaxing. Another was mopping. Not only that we got our food, and he didn't fill the fries properly when we shooke the box to sift the fries it was a half filled large fry box.... he left out one of our friends order of nugg3ts and fries and he ended up giving him a BURGER... and he definitly heard us say nuggets because he asked what sauce we wanted for them LOL. What's even more outrageous is we didn't show any attitude the whole time 😒. We just let him be a jerk. This guy needs to removed from his role. He is chubby with piercings and brown hair. Please avoid him. This place needs to be shut down if he keeps working there. Didn't even leave a receipt so we got ripped off. In the end we tried calling the place to see if there was a way to tell them they got our order wrong. Don't bother. They will...
Read more08/24/25, 1:30pm. I thought about going to the Alibertos up the street, but opted for Burger King because I thought it would be faster. At the drive-thru, it took forever for me to order two Whoppers with no pickles or onions and a large strawberry lemonade, because I could not get the sentence out without being interrupted multiple times. I sat for several minutes at the second window before the employee took my card and asked if I would try the mango peach lemonade, to which I replied, "Not willingly." When he brought my strawberry lemonade to the window, he held it out of reach and kept trying to get me to take a paper cup that had a bit of the mango peach lemonade in it. I kept refusing to take it, and eventually had to state firmly that I don't like mango, before he would give me my strawberry lemonade. I did not get a straw or a receipt, and had to sit at the drive-thru window until I could get another employee's attention, so I could ask for a straw. I spent the majority of that encounter, very much wishing I had gone...
