National Appliance Liquidators — Local services in Seattle

First time and not my last time to do business with National Appliances Liquidator. I am Canadian living in Vancouver Canada. I don't usually do reviews but John Kang the sale associate helped me with my purchase of some Hestan products. When one of my items got damaged he updated me on the status of my replacement and I also got to meet the owner Mike who also was very kind and helpful. John is very knowledgeable of the appliances they have on inventory. As mentioned, I don't usually write reviews but the quality of service I received was exceptional compared to other appliance stores. You would think being a liquidator the service would be different but not with John and The National Appliance Liquidators. I have been back to the store 3 times now and haven't left empty handed. I look forward to doing more business with John. Those who are building a home, remodelling or need to replace some old appliances, please go and see John at The National Appliance Liquidator in Seattle. If they don't have it John will find it for you. I will be heading back in a couple of weeks to pick up my second Hestan BBQ and possibly a kegerator and induction cooktop. I was quite frustrated going through two months on ordering online and returning the items from various vendors to replace my range's control knobs to no success. One day I walked in the store on 4th Ave browsing. I was greeted by a very cordial and enthusiastic employee. His name is John Kang. Through the chat I mindlessly mentioned my experience with the knobs. Didn't expect anything. Right away he asked me for the equipment info. Called John the next day and provided the model number. John did not even need the serial number and, in just a few seconds he said he'd sent me a link. Gratifying, I got the items in question right away for merely $15! Mr. Kang's proficiency in computer knowledge, even all the more celebrated by his genuine desire to help a would-have-been non-customer, is a textbook exemplary for superb customer service!

After I received the oven knobs, I paid Mr.Kang a visit to thank him in person. While in the store John was able to use his unique salesmanship to sell me a mattress and a stand. The sale wouldn't have happened if not for John's charming friendliness, along with his unconditional willingness to help out a stranger during the prior visit. If you’re even slightly debating whether you should go check this place out or not…stop everything you’re doing and just GO!!! This place literally trumps any local competition by a mile! We had been searching for quality appliances for sometime for a decent price. We almost gave up before we found this place scrolling through a bunch of ads on google. At that point I pretty much had no energy to walk through yet again another place. But boy was I glad that I did! All of my excitement I initially started off with came right back when I saw the prices, quality, and the massive selection of their appliances! And to seal the deal, the customer service was the BEST I have experienced in a VERY long time!

Michael went above and beyond in making sure we got exactly what we needed and let us negotiate a very fair price to fit our very tight budget! They were closing soon (on a Saturday) not once did they try to rush us or even mention the time in any indirect way! I felt really bad but they made us feel so welcome and helped answer all of our questions and made us feel great about our purchase! We found our perfect appliances for the perfect price!
