This is the worst target around. The mens section is always ransacked. It looks like the middle of the pandemic every time you walk in. They can keep not only the women's section fully stocked, even the niche section for heavy set women fully stocked with every size and color option. But good luck if you're a guy who wants to buy something as simple as a package of plain black or white t shirts. It consistently looks like a little kid came and knocked every package off the rack and they will only ever have sizes small and xl. Even then it's limited to one or two options.
Who is working this section and why haven't they been fired? Guys are easy to please with clothes but it's just laughable how bad this is. Like someone faces the products once every nine days and they get 3 packs of shirts every 3 weeks.
If it's always sold out, then there is a demand. Just order more from the warehouse, people will buy it. Do you not like making money?
Good luck finding anything in their electronics department, it's the same story. Just needed a basic Ethernet cable. Had to dig through the empty shelves to find the one overpriced cable they had left. It's also bright blue. Who wants colored cables? It's either black or white. Cables should blend in, not stick out.
Then you get up to checkout. They will have 1 checkstand open during peak times with one lackadaisical cashier scanning about 12 items a minute. The rest of the customers are left to form a 30 person long queue for self checkout, where one station is broken half the time.

HOPE THAT THE PRODUCT YOU BUY DOES NOT HAVE PROBLEMS!!! I bought a harness for my dog and when I tried it on him it was to small so with receipt in hand went back to EXCHANGE it for a medium one. They made this big ordeal out of a $ 7 item. Apparently the harness number didn't match the item on my receipt and they refused to let me exchange stating company policy. I was very angry. Then I bought a cell phone on sale and two weeks after I bought the phone stopped working properly. Figuring that I would bring it back for an EXCHANGE I ran into the same garbage only this time I didn't have the receipt but the check I wrote and the box it came in. They wanted me to pay full price for a phone I bought on sale that didn't work once again stating company policy. What about customer service? I shop there all the time. I never returned any item ever and I am feeling very let down that they stand behind a policy that implies I'm a crook or something. I won't shop there ever again at any target ever ever ever again. Read moreMe and my friends were removed and banned for discriminatory reasons. We had a small altercation with a friend, no threats or physical conflict, and security (with no uniform) not only tried to kick us out, but totally escalated the situation. He threatened to fight my friend (who is a minor), pulls his arm back threatening to punch him which is assault, then told him to go outside so they could fight. My friend was mad at him for doing the most and said he would. While we were leaving the “employee” slapped my phone across the hall while I was recording for no reason. The staff here are badly trained, escalated the situation for no reason as we were compliant, and kicked us out and banned us simply because we are kids and they didn’t know how to handle the situation. They said we harassed the kid who was yelling and harassing me friends outside, who we confronted and asked why he was harassing us, at which point several employees confronted us for nothing. I hope all 3 “employees” we dealt with yesterday have disciplinary action against them, whether that be just told what they did wrong, or the big guy to threaten to punch my friend for no reason gets fired, and they need and proper training.
