Sat Nam, Transitioning from Canada Calgary Alberta during pandemic May of 2020 searching for my new Kundalini community family. Calgary has an awesome KY community amazing loving family they will always with me in my heart. It took over 2 years for me living in Kirkland universe added Yoga Rama to my journey and I received with open heart. I am grateful universe guided me. If you are looking for a true Kundalini Yoga studio, this is the ONE! I love it! It compliments my meditation and breath work practice. The classes keep involving as you go which I love the variety! It is a self care in the matter of your inner well being. It really warms your soul. They do in person and online classes. And most important…. it is very affordable!! Very grateful for it. This is a lovely studio with a variety of classes and high quality teachers. I really like the membership format and appreciate the ability to join online if I don't feel like driving to Sodo. The neighborhood is 'meh', but it seems to be getting better, and the nearby businesses are now fully occupied.
