The cocktails are fabulous and strong, and the food looked amazing so I'll definitely have to try some next time I'm there. The margaritas were stellar!

You can find professional work spaces and huge condo units to rent or buy at the former headquarters of local coffee chain Tully's. This multi-purpose location also houses a wine-tasting business and dance studio on the ground level and sits right across from Rail, King County's main hub for light transit. Very secure music jam rooms on the lower levels called groove universe, kind of pricey unless the whole band pitches in...decent internet. Apartments that allow pets and... artists lol. Groove city grind coffee replaced Tully's. Downside a little noisy from the freeway and smelly from...
