I saw a video online where a customer was trying to walk around the store with a back pack. He wouldn't give it up so the manager followed him. He recorded it hoping to shame the store but ended up making a fool of himself. He walked thru the entire store and didn't buy a thing. It doesn't say what location so I wanted to give kudos to my local store. That situation was handle with professionalism. Wow, just wow. This autozone was amazing. I came in because my car was overheating at higher speed. Waiting at the door to greet me was the young worker Zack! Man was he amazing. He got me a new mediator and transistor fluid and installed it by hand on the spot! The problem improved but was not fixed, he recommended I push it into park while going speeds of 45 plus and the car did cool down! Sadly I do need a new transmission for other reasons and I’m sure I can go to him for help. Also, he told a wonderful “Hawk Tua” joke....

I literally just left the store, and I'm really looking forward to going home and cleaning up and relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee, but here I am sitting in an 84 degree parking lot writing what I believe is my very first negative review here.
