Took my two laptops in wanted music transferred from laptop one to laptop 2 dropped it off guy I think is James had it for 5/6 hours. Charge me $70 took it home. It wasn’t transferred took it back the next day dropped it off at 9:30 in the morning. Went back to pick it up at 4:30 and they said they needed more time. how much more time did you need another day? Another week? Bottom line is they never even looked at it. If I could give no starts I would, NO customer service, missed commitments, calling me a liar at every turn, “That’s not true” to everything I repeated they said, charged me more than quoted and told me they notified me (no). Didn’t return calls and when I was upset and left a message saying so, a technician called the next morning and yelled at me for leaving such a message. To top it off accused me of trying to take an extra power cord and even stated they would watch the security footage when I stated I brought the whole thing. The liquid cooler on my computer failed after about a year. I called and spoke with Becky and James. They were both so pleasant to talk with. I wanted to use a local shop and they had great reviews. They put a new, even better double fan one in and even cleaned up some liquid they found. They tested it overnight and I could not be happier. The price was very reasonable.
