Beebs Beans Coffee Roastery — Restaurant in Sebastian

I wanted to like it. Good espresso is nonexistent in this area of Florida. I’m not sure how they have a flat white on the menu but don’t have anything smaller than a 12 oz cup. The ratio should be roughly 2:3, and no bigger than 8 oz. I asked for a cup to stay and sit and she agreed to make it smaller to preserve the correct ratio, but alas, I was given a paper disposable cup. The sound of steaming milk is normally the most beautiful sound to me, but this alternated between sounding like the barista was murdering a cat or frothing so much air, my coffee might explode. We are so glad we stopped in to this new coffee house in SebastianFL. This guy knows his coffee beans! Am always Supporting local eateries! Great customer service and pleasant. Clean environment . Ample parking.I have yet to try any other coffee drink, and the best thing is, when I walk through his door, he knows who I am and what I want. And Coffee is on point! Roasted to perfection. On display are goodies from other local bakeries to compliment your coffee. He also provided a brief tour of the coffe bean grinding process & the variety of beans that are used in your drinks. Wed Sept 6th --We always try a new local business to support local but I would give it a minus star if I could. The tepid " hot" chocolate that had just been made tasted like warm tap water with a smidgen of chocolate. One sip and done. My husband is bringing home his mocha to doctor it up. It took a long time to wait for 2 drinks and we were the only customers. $12.00 for the worst coffee/ hot chocolate drinks we have ever tasted. Perhaps someone with more barista experience were making the drinks, this place can make a go of it. We hope so.
