Mash Monkeys Brewing Company — Restaurant in Sebastian

By far my favorite local brew pub. The beer is great and new beers are always being tapped, from IPA's to lagers to stouts to name a few. Pat is the brewmaster and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Job well done. Great hometown atmosphere that reminds me of Cheers, where everyone knows your name. They have a rotation of food trucks so you'll find food for every taste. The music is primarily acoustic, loud enough to enjoy but not so loud you can't have a conversation with the person next to you and always excellent. (Did I mention Pat, the brewmaster is also an incredible musician?) But you can't talk about Mash without mentioning Angela, manager, coordinator, digital marketer, ambassador, ... just a really great down home brewery. small staff and the brewers have a good grasp of the styles of beer that they produce. From what ive seen, i really feel like they are doing all they can to help and grow with local producers.

If you havent been i highly recomend this local brew company, not only for the excelent beer but also the staff who always has treated me like family which is what drew me to the company from the start. In all my years i've yet to find a more homey bar, and it feels good to come home. I would surmise this place as the "greasy spoon" style brewery. Rustic, the bar pretty much anchors the location, and on a Saturday afternoon, the local brew flies were bellied up to the bar. I will say that the one bartender was doing an absolute banging job taking care of everyone, and though I only had one beer at this place, I enjoyed it immensely.
