Come for the atmosphere and friendly service and some good company. Do not come for a speciality coffee experience. Espresso: where to begin? Bonus on serving it in real ceramic and niot paper. That said, the machines are prosumerish ie Breville Barrista pro with the built in grinder. Breville grinders can’t do espresso well, I have one and it is ok but super finicky and not for a coffee shop. The shot was way over expressed and had no crema. Not only didn’t I drink it but I couldn’t. Yeah not good. The cappuccino, decaf. The foam was ok but the bubbles were too big and it wasn’t silky on the tongue, just bubbly and dry. The coffee was just like above but with a more finicky decaf. Didn’t drink it either. The atmosphere was nice and there were lots of older people having a great conversation. Next time I will get a drip coffee and have a nice chat.

This is a great place to stop and have a coffee, chai tea, or a great locally made kombucha. Espresso here is good and shots of CBD oil are available. They also have great protein shakes here that are surprisingly delicious. The setting reminds me of my mother's house up north, with the comfortable rooms to sit and the nice hardwood floors. The owner is great and fun to talk to as well. This is a real gem of a place and is becoming a favorite of mine to frequent.

Favorite coffee shop ever. The owner is super nice and welcoming, EVERYTHING she makes it top notch. Her coffee and especially espresso is better than anywhere else. Try the hippie chic coffee, and two shots espresso with whip cream and the blueberry muffins, YUM! Everything is fresh and so tasty! Visited for 10 days and went to this coffee shop atleast 8x. GO you won't regret it! We will miss this place while we are gone. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES ♡♡♡

I would encourage people to try this place, but I felt that no reviews mentioned the quality of the coffee.

The iced latte I got tasted burnt, and was not very flavorful. The matcha latte had many pieces of unmixed matcha curds. They also put the hot latte over ice to make it iced- cooling a hot beverage that way can cause bacteria to grow, it's generally considered not food safe.

The people working were nice, and the shop was eclectic. I would probably give it a second try on case we all happened to just get a not so great cup of coffee

Edit: after seeing the owners response to a fair and firm but honest review i would not come back. Yes I tried it. The espresso was burnt and the matcha was curdled. Take the kind criticism and maybe adjust how espresso is pulled and how your matcha is made instead of trying to convince your customer that they don't know...

When I first moved to Sebastian, Florida with my 3-year-old daughter... I was so upset because I couldn't find a "real" coffee shop; just not a Starbucks fan. After a couple of weeks CLD FINALLY showed up on my Google maps. I was thrilled. I was, apparently, one of Lisa's (the owner) first regulars. I described what I wanted, exactly, and my drink was made to perfection. You should ask for my drink, actually. Not sure it's still in the system, as I recently have moved out of town, but before, you could find it as "Keely's Special." If you love an iced white mocha, you need to quit wasting your time elsewhere. Not to mention, the chocolate milk isn't bad, either. 😘 The mission statement does not lie. Come as a guest, leave as a friend.... A very...
