From the time I booked this rental to the day we checked out I was nothing but impressed with the home and Craig. We had 6 adults and 1 child and both of our dogs for an entire week on vacation from Ohio. The house was more than big enough for everyone. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups and the pool was perfect. The location of this home was also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and it is close to restaurants, the river, and the ocean. We were able to spend a lot of time in the granny pool right off the ocean at the Sebastian inlet. The water was perfect for our 3yo to swim and not have to worry and we were even able to swim with manatees! Craig Cobb was very friendly when i called originally with my list of questions and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He even called to check in on us and make sure everything was going well! My friends/family were extremely impressed with the home as well! I would definitely recommend this rental as it was spacious, clean, and has a wonderful location! We don't visit Florida often as it is a long drive with a child and 2 dogs but I would definitely contact Craig about this rental in the future if we were to visit...

We enjoyed the most Awesome week at one of these properties located in Sebastian! We found this property on VRBO... When we arrived, the place Exceeded our expectations. The house was Clean, and was 100% in line with what we saw in the on-line pictures. Everything we needed was provided for us, Towels, Bikes, Full Kitchen. The screened in Pool was a Dream Come True! The property is well maintained, and Craig was awesome to deal with. One call to Craig and he was on site to solve a TV Remote issue! (Mostly User Error). Not only would we return to this property, we would move into this place full time. Great area to be in, as the relaxed atmosphere, and access to Beautiful Beach with plenty of Free parking... Can't wait to contact Craig for our...

We reserved a lovely home for a summer trip, but then cancelled. Eddie was very kind and understanding and made sure I got my money back from Airbnb (who were only going to refund 50%)....
