So I was just there doordashing and waited a while to have someone even come up to me up front or even Acknowledge me, Even though there were two ppl looking right at me just doing drive thru. So I stood their waiting until the manager came up and I was like I've been waiting awhile for this doordash and immediately she gave me an attitude saying " well their is only two people up here and I was in the back counting cash which I should of done hours ago. So I just let it go and said well here is the name of the order. And she goes to look and she came back fast but tells me they are working on it. And all I asked was how long? And cause you know doordash times you too. And she looked at me with an attitude again an says I just told you they are making it and I told her I just asked a question? And she responds with you always do this when you come in!!!!!!! So I was like ya know nevermind and walked out and unassigned the order. When I got into my car I still was mad and was like I need to get her name and report her. So I ended up calling and asking what's the Arabic lady's name? And she's like I am the lady and I said ok what's your name ? And she was like are you the dasher ? And I was like what's your name? And she kept going around it. And she's like where did you go? And I said well it was taking to long and she was like thats fine you didn't have to wait. So of course I got mad and told her I was going to report her. And she told me that I can longer come there and they are going to report me. So please do not come here anymore cause all your gonna get is horrible service and managers telling you off and nonsense. I did talk to Christine and finally said to her that she got the attitude first. But she's agreeing with the other manager. And is telling me the same thing which is ok i dont wanna come to a place that is this way. . I'm still reporting this though....
Read morelast week after spending approximately 39.00 KFC managed to screw up the order. The 10 piece original was extra crispy, and the pot pie was missing all together. The pot pie order should of been a combo and ended up being individual order of 5.99 (pot pie). Attempted to adjust the order but the manager was to busy to meet with the customer to adjust the order, instead the cashier offered another side. Clearly, the Sebatian KFC is more concern with pushing product as oppose to customer support.
After getting home, I called the Sebatian location spoke with GM (Tracey) to express my greviences. GM stated that we could bring the order back immediately (15 min drive) or they could mail out a coupon which would take 3-5 days. The GM stated that its company policy, no exception! If you ask me, a redictulious policy..........Requested that the GM forward my contact information to the District Mgr (Bernie) and I have yet to receive a call back.
Yesterday, 10 Feb 2014.... I made it a point to stop by the location (spoke with the GM) to confirm whether or not the information was forwarded to the District Mgr......GM informed me that information went to District Mgr (Bernie) and I again requested that it be sent a second time with confirmation.
I have yet to receive a response from the district Mgr (Bernie) or GM (Tracy).
I would NOT recommend dining at this location....They lack the sense of urgency, quality assurance and failed miserably at...
Read moreMy wife and I are from North Carolina and we're here visiting family. Late Saturday night we decided to stop by KFC for a quick bite. Little did we know that it seemed like the whole town decided to do the same thing. The drive through was slammed as was the dining room. As I stood in line to order, I saw an efficient team working in sync to get the numerous orders out. Impressive enough at such a late hour. However, their real compliment comes from a family who was not satisfied with their meal. Angry and upset, they demanded to see the manager. As soon as the manager came out, their voices elevated and fingers were pointing. But...this manager stayed calm, cool and collected. She was able to defuse the situation and make it right. And, She didn't stop there. She then brought a few members of her staff out as she approached each table (including mine) to insure their evening was good and that we we're enjoying our meal. The clerks refilled drinks and were so genuine, I felt like we were in a upscale restaurant. In short...I have never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant. I was so impressed I asked for everyone's name. So thank you...Justin, Morgan, Tamiya, Amber, Terresa and Alexis. You are what customer service...
