Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Sebastian

Me and My boyfriend went to this location on May 23rd at 9 o'clock at night. We ordered through the drive-thru and a woman took our order. When we got to the pick up window they told us to park. After a little bit a guy brought out our order. We have been to this location about 6-8 times since i moved to Sebastian and only 1 time it was right and hot so we've learned to check the bags before we leave. I have never complained before but this time is different Once we checked the bags we realized we were missing several items. We went back inside to let them know we are missing items and the lady who took our order came up to the counter as well as a young gentleman. We asked for the whole order to be remade so it would be hot. I felt like the lady was being rude and talking over us so she didn't fully understand what was missing. Once we got our bag back it again was missing items. We mainly just checked to see if we had the right number of items. The one mistake we saw off bat was my order had cinna twist and my boyfriends had chips n cheese and there was no cinna twist in the bag. I let the lady know and she gave me attitude saying that's not what i asked for ( even though she had the receipt and it did say it on the receipt for my meal i got cinna twist) and the young gentlemen in the back said yes they did. so i thank him for speaking up for us. She was annoyed and brought me back some stale barley coated cinna twist. Which was very disappointing. Now this is the ONLY reason i am writing this review. I would have walked away and not done this review if the lady taking our order after handing me my cinna twist had the nerve to tell me to "MAKE SURE I ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" I am sorry but my receipt had my order right they just did not make it right. Even when we got home and finally unwrapped our food my boyfriends hard shell taco was now a soft shell. When in the beginning there was a hard shell in our bag. So AGAIN this lady did not pay attention to what was on the receipt. Come to find out this "lady" is the MANAGER (Christina) ! I have worked in customer service my whole life and ran the drive thru window at Sonnys BBQ in Vero for 2 years and NEVER have i been so rude to a customer. I actually had customers comment on how they could tell i was smiling just by talking to me through the speaker. even on my bad days i still put a fake smile on to give them the best experience I could. This KENTACOHUT IN SEBASTIAN FLORIDA ON US1 is the most disgustingly nasty lazies Restaurant fast food place I have ever been to the man or woman that usually hands me my food always has sores on their body especially their hands which I don't know about you but I do not want that all over my food they never wear gloves they got my order wrong every time I've gone there it just so happens that I live across the street from there so I've given them numerous chances 12 chances to be exact between my husband and I both we are always and I mean always disappointed because we're not going to unwrap our burritos at the window and make sure that it has beef in it they literally make the most bonehead mistakes because they don't care they could not care any less so if you guys are planning on stopping for food when you're out here taking a beautiful trip and Sebastian and fishing whatever you're doing out here do not waste your money at this Store this taco hut will overcharge you and not give you a quarter of what you ordered and then when you come back to tell them they messed it up they say without the receipt I won't replace it even though I handed you a tortilla with nothing in it that was supposed to be five layer how do you hand someone a tortilla with nothing in it when I ordered a beefy five layer it in the name five layers of beef but they couldn't get it right ever good luck if you ever find yourself at this restaurant because get ready for the worst service you ever experienced top not junk he ran nasty place. Don't let it detour you from Sebastian tho Sebastian is a beautiful place that restaurant and the types of people in it are not good for Our little City. I am posting this in May 2018 almost June so if anybody tries to tell you that they change management they are lying...

First time ever in this area.. Ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, no cheese sauce, take out. Paid extra to substitute cheese sauce with shredded Cheddar cheese. Despite telling Lynette (Assistant MGR) several times, no cheese sauce on the burritos, they where made with the sauce I don't like. The young female worker that made the burritos argued that the order was correct and said that this was not the first time I do this and that she remembered me. I showed her the receipt and questioned and asked how could she remember me if this was my first time ever in the area and to her store. Only when I asked for a refund they reluctantly re-did the order. Where was the manager while I was been verbally abused, probably hiding. The assistant manager Lynette, the one who took the order, played dumb while the young female employee verbally abused me, told Lynette not to refund my money and told me to leave. I left the store to avoid further escalation. But here's what I got 1 bean and Cheddar cheese burrito, 1 bean, cheddar cheese and spoiled rice burrito and the third one went to the trash can. This is how seniors are treated this days. Do I recommend this store, NO, a thousand times NO....
