Went in today and the line to checkout was all the way to the back of the store. There was only one cashier, working one person, stocking and two women, giggling and talking in the back office. A lady in line behind me Decided decided to go up and knock on the door and ask if one of them could come out and help because the lion was getting very long and customers were starting to get upset. She opened the door and said Iām doing paperwork Iāll be out when Iām done blah blah blah, and then came out after the guy at the register finally called up for back up and then continue to give him and the customers an attitude that she had paperwork. Iām sorry, but it does not take two people to do paperwork, nor does paperwork involve giggling and chitchatting about non-work related things. if youāre the manager, you shouldnāt be waiting until your employees are absolutely swamped to then go and help them and also be somewhat rude about it it was very uncalled for. Higher more staff or pay...

I typically only write when I have a good review, but this guy's attitude, and mannerisms prompted me to go ahead and post one.
I was talking, and looking around with my 5 year old son. I guess smiling and joking are against store policy, as no customers had said anything, and actually were smiling at us, but this store employee decided he was ask if I needed help with a smart aleck tone. After I said "no thanks", we're just looking around, I got a scoff, and then I replied "thank you for asking", with no answer just a turn around and walk away.
I still purchased my stuff, but would have probably stayed longer and bought more had it not been for not feeling welcome. Most likely won't be back to this...
