Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Sebastian

The worst.! West Sebastian Blvd. This review is for the store on 512. Not US1. Their computerized system is inefficient and takes hours to update. Good luck if you need a same day prescription. Staff is not trained in customer service and has an attitude as though, you are supposed to do their work of ensuring your scripts are properly in their system. Terrible attitude and lack of action on behalf of customers. My other pharmacy calls me when I am waiting for a prescription that has not arrived in their system then; after obtaining my permission they call the physician to verify the prescription for me and call back and tell me when to show up. This is what I expect. 4.This Walgreens pharmacy location couldn't care less if you receive your meds in a timely manner and do not feel responsible for assisting you in any way. 1.Staff states, they do not call your physician when you explain that the script was sent and confirmed by the doctor hours ago. If your scripts are not in their system, they make you resolve it yourself. 2 The staff doesn't make notes properly in your file, related to allergies or other vital information when you request them to do so. Be careful. If you suddenly developed an allergy to a certain medication such as an antibiotic; they do not update your file when you inform them of this change in your history. Your prescription is NEVER in their system when you arrive even after physician(s) received confirmation of the time of sending hours earlier even days earlier. They really don't care. 4.In the past, they contacted me and stated, my script was ready. Upon my arrival they denied making the call and did not have the prescription when I arrived. The staff actually inferred it was my error not theirs. This is the only Walgreens pharmacy I have had trouble with. But, I have never not had an issue with this location when I have had scripts sent here by doctors. Get your...

There is one pharmacist that I can deal with at this location. Unfortunately, I don't know her name but she has very short brown hair. She is the only one there who is actually polite. I don't know how many times they have messed up my prescription. They like to say it's going to be ready by a certain time and when I call to check on the order...oh, they are not done or haven't even started! I just called today and whoever I spoke to mumbled "oh, jesus christ" under their breathe like I could not hear. Here's my advice...get another job! I'll be sure to bring this to attention when I pick up later today. Sometimes the convenience of a closer pharmacy just isn't worth it. The pharmacy associates are very nice. Although my doctor called in a prescription over 2 days ago. I have been calling and went into the store for the last 2 days and was told at one point it would be ready in an hour then 30 minutes later I was told that they didn't have it that it had to be ordered. Now today I'm told it was ordered but it's now on back order so they still don't have it. They should have realized 2 days ago when they got the script from the doctor that it had to be ordered.
