I went into five guys tonight in Sebastian, I ordered two large fries to go The first set was so salty it looked like it came out of the Dead Sea when I talked to manager Liz , She rudely stated to me ",that's how we make them here ,no one else has complained about them why are you?." I asked her to make me a new batch because these were unacceptable and just way too salty. Liz then offered to make me a batch of unsalted fries and I said I would settle for lightly salted fries. She then turned around looked at the kid making the fries ,pointed to the first fryalater and then made the hand gesture of like cutting her throat to say no salt. The fries I received were undercooked rubbery and not hot with no salt when I asked her for lightly salted cooked fries. I ordered two large and received two cups in the bag that were 3/4 full not even a full two orders of five guys delicious fries. When I got home my sister then called to complain Liz was rude while speaking to my sister and told her well that's how we do them salt or no salt nothing in between She was asked ,what about undercooked rubbery raw fries is that what five guys serves. I have to say we love five guys We drive all the way to Vero just to get their fries, She was asked ,if this was how The new five guys in Sebastian was going to treat their customers this way. She stated we treat them fine. while my family could hear her yelling through the phone at my sister. We then told her we were going to report it to corporate because she wasn't very nice .She was rude and unprofessional She then told us to go ahead She was the manager and her word was final in the decisions for the store. I find it very hard that five guys a good size corporation would actually get far treating their customers like this. All I wanted was for her to fix my order or to just even apologize.. I don't believe that Liz is skilled in being a manager and she is definitely not appropriately trained especially with her behavior of yelling at customers. It's really a shame I was really hoping that this was going to be a great place .Not with Liz treating customers like this .I will definitely putting in a complaint...
Read moreFive Guys Sebastian had the Grand Opening Wednesday at 11 AM. I was the first customer in and to order. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato grilled onions grilled mushrooms and A1 sauce. I got the small Cajun fries and a plain hot dog. My burger was outstanding and big. Cajun fries delicious and enough for 2 people. Dog was good - next time I’ll get that well done. Service was friendly. Food is pricey. There are a lot of choices for toppings. There are free peanuts in the shells to munch while waiting to pick up food. Food came out hot and delicious. Glad Five Guys is here in town now. I will return...
Read moreMade an order online. Chose delivery. When I received confirmation of order it showed pick-up. Called into see if issue could be resolved. Explain issue to employee he related that the site is converting all deliveries to pick-ups for two weeks. Asked if I could cancel, he related yes that he would get manager. After being placed on hold for couple minutes call was dropped. When I finally was able to get in touch with store was told that they can not do refunds over the phone that I’d have to come into store to handle it. Employee was great in handling situation. Kinda scammy though to have to come in to...
