I really wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. I started using them back in 2001 and had horrible experience but decided to stay with them bc they were closer to home. Well my insurance changed and i had to start using Walmart. Never an issue. Then my insurance changed again a few years later and went back to Walgreens. Another issue. So i decided to use the one located on US1 which is a bit of a drive. Fast forward to TODAY…. My provider called in an antibiotic for me and I asked him to send it to this 512 pharmacy since I wasnt feeling good and didn’t want to make the drive all the way to US1. I log into my app and it says my med is ready for pickup…. I have the option of getting it delivered to me for about $8.. mind you my RX was about $3 but at this point I didn’t care.. I just wanted my RX and avoid the drive. I get a call from the pharmacist Lea (I believe is her name) at 7:12pm to tell me that my RX can’t be delivered bc it’s out of the time frame for delivery. Ummm excuse me?! I requested for my RX to be delivered before 4pm. I’m sorry but this pharmacy has idiots who are clearly not doing their job and checking the status of request. So what do I do? Get in my car and drive to meet with these lovely people at Walgreens. Well… I get there and the girl up at the front who seems like her life is so miserable is yelling at me bc she can’t hear what my last name is. I repeated myself about 4 times and even spelled it out to her. She finally got it. Verified my address and threw my RX in the bin and pushed it out to me. Anywho… I think I rather make the drive next time. I should have learned my lesson. Read moreOrdered a floating picture online to be picked up at Walgreens at 999 Sebastian Blvd. Website said same day pick up. I waited 2 days and heard nothing from the store so figuring it was done by then, I stopped in to pick it up. After 10 minutes of watching the manager Jamy fumble around, he finally found an envelope with my order and told me "its not ready because we are out of the frames". I responded by asking "couldn't someone have called or emailed me to let me know there would be a delay?" He shrugged his shoulders and said "well I guess they didn't". I responded by asking him" who is they? you are the manager and you are passing off responsibility here? What am I supposed to do considering this is a gift for someone tomorrow?" He said I could order from another store. No assistance, no calling another Walgreens to see if they could expedite something or in any way help me out after Walgreens dropped the ball. Jamy is not at all qualified to manage a store if he simply deflects responsibility to others. I will NEVER give any business to this Walgreens again. Jamy should be cleaning toilets, not assisting customers as he knows absolutely nothing about customer service. His attitude was that they're mistake was my problem. Unbelievable. Now I am stuck scrambling to get a gift together because Jamy is not sensible, responsible, or caring enough about his customers to make a 1 minute phone call and let a customer know that, at the very least, there was a delay with my order. Read moreDefinitely a great pharmacy. I never leave reviews, but I could not believe the amount of negative comments towards this pharmacy. If you actually pay attention, you will see how hard they work even understaffed. I read comments complaining about the drive thru, I think people forget that all pharmacys do covid testing these days. It takes time. My husband and I both have been in that boat. Patience is everything. Gratitude is everything. There's one girl whom works there she is fast, upbeat and is constantly putting a smile on people's face with a simple lollipop. She went out of her way to expedite my husband's prescription whom was just released from the hospital. I even received a lollipop while wewaited.. It made me feel like a child again,, thank you..I definitely needed that. Ive seen many customers yelling at these girls, throwing things, cussing them out. I AM in there a few times a week,, due to many prescriptions. for myself, husband and mother.. couldn't imagine what they go through everyday. I appreciate you walgreens.
