Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sebastian

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff here always seems to be extra sarcastic when I come in to order food. I’m not your friend bro stop trying to play with me. Today was the last straw for me. I tried to order online before coming but the item I wanted was not on the site. I wanted to order a pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust. When I arrived the employee told me it was an online only item. I explained that I tried to order the item online and it wasn’t on the site. She took my phone and also scrolled thru the entire menu and even she could not find the item I wanted. So the manager told me he would put the order in for but it’s usually an online only order. I explained to him that me and the employee could not find the item on the site. So I put in my order for a pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust. After waiting about 20 minutes for the food to be done, the order was wrong!!! No cheese stuffed crust. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you get the order wrong after I explained to 2 people what I wanted! Unacceptable. I will...

I hope the owner reads this review. Had an interview for asst. manager job opening set up over a week ago. I received a text message and email to confirm the interview the day before and confirmed both. Arrived for my interview early only to be told he didn't know about the interview. Next. The manager took me in the back to talk to me and the kitchen was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. He stated the job was only going to be about 15 to 20 hours a week. I informed him the ad stated full time. The manager stated not sure why it stated full time. it is only part time. He did everything in his power to blew me out the door in under 5 minute. I have over 7 years in the pizza business. Companies wonder why they cant fine any help. Here is one reason. P.S as I was leaving the store a customer came in to get some cheesy bread. the manager dropped the box on the floor and still handed it to the customer. I guess this Little Caesars serve their food...

What happened to hot and ready? All I wanted was crazy bread. I placed my order and waited and I waited. I saw crazy bread come out of the oven and then bagged and put aside. I was observing the worker and noticed he was boxing pizzas. So I asked how much longer and he said not too much longer, at this point I had been waiting 15 minutes. Apparently I had to wait until all the pizza orders were fulfilled before I could get my crazy bread. By then I had to remind the worker that sauce came with the crazy bread.
