ROSA, was horrible. She failed to do her job and OPENLY DECEIVED US. she's not good at her job and these people having good reviews are prolly just her family supporting her. I went to buy a phone yesterday. I walked in and I knew which one I wanted. I went up and she said "a phone case and protector is included" and RIGHT ONCE SHE said that I immediately asked "Is it free of charge?" She looked at me and said "it's included" so I thought it was free. She did not talk to me or let me know about this "bundle deal". If she would have, I would've told her I only wanted the phone. She knew exactly what she was doing. If she didn't she would've responded to my immediate question with the correct response, but she avoided it. I did not ask her "IS IT INCLUDED" I asked her "IS IT FREE OF CHARGE". Her job was to inform and tell me it wasn't free, BUT SHE DIDNT. so it's deception. Her job was also to inform me of the deal I was buying BUT SHE DIDNT. she kept it hidden and chose to not respond to my questions. Andre (self proclaimed manager) refused to provide a receipt, gave my wife conflicting amounts(read off his screen but refused to show actual amounts) and that was after 20 minutes of him claiming he couldn't look up amounts charged (from day prior when she bought replacement phone)...during that transaction, Andre told her the case (that HE picked out, NOT her) was free, after she said she didn't need a case, and charged her for it anyway.
