Ultimate WeFix Plus Phone Repair — Local services in Sebastian

I gave this company one star because there was nothing lower. I dropped my phone off on Tuesday August 2nd. The salesgal told me that it should be repaired by August 5th as I have an older phone, and the part needed to be ordered, and shipping for the screen would take 2-3 days. I mentioned that it was my only phone and that my mother was ill and I really needed it by Friday the 5th. She said it should be no problem as the fix took one hour. When I went to get it on Tuesday, the owner Jorge told me that the screen had been back ordered. My own internet research told me that that screen was readily available from several suppliers. It was obvious to me that the salesgirl had simply not ordered the part at the time it was dropped off. I didn't receive the phone back for 10 days. Of course I had to 100% prepay the $100 fee, so I had no recourse. I would never support this business and would advise others to reconsider when doing business with...

Recently, while traveling I had some serious issues and ended up WITHOUT an active cell phone. As an older person, and as most people should realize, this can be a challenging, and potentially hazardous - even devastating dilemma. A quick Google search from a friend's phone led me to Wefix Plus Ultimate in Sebastian, Fl.

The business owner, George, understood my situation, and courteously extended his expertise, his time, and some intuitive information as well. As a small business owner, he did this on a SATURDAY - getting me back into the "communication loop" in a timely & inexpensive fashion. He then went beyond my expectations and followed up after business hours with text messages to make sure that my phone was properly setup and professionally activated so that I could move forward !!

If I'm ever in a jam with a cellular issue - this will be my "go to" guy and "go to" business...

I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair when I got it back the Glass wasn’t set right popping off the screen. My volume didn’t work. I brought my phone back. He said he fixed it when I left. My glass ended up falling off the screen. My back glass ended up cracking because the glass wasn’t glued right and was popping off My battery only lasted 20 minutes after leaving that store so there’s some funny business with the battery. It was working before all in all my phone has been falling apart since bringing it there.
