Horrible, just plain horrible I have to change my rating from a 5 to one. Iâve been getting service from these guys for years and really grew to like the guys in service. I decided to give sales a shot and was thinking of buying a truck.
I started off the first day when they offered me zero percent financing for 72 months. I decided I wanted to buy the truck when they showed me that promotion. I called the salesman back the next day and he told me the promotion was no longer being offered. And then offered, as a side note, that the 0/72 months was a mistake and not eligible for my purchase. He went on to explain to me that the new promotion was 0% for 48 months, so I said OK and still decided to buy the truck.
I told the salesman to get the truck ready and I will be there to pick it up the next day. Next day I go in to sign the documents at 4:45; when I started reading the documents and found that they had been changed, and now included over 5% interest on top of the vehicle cost. The finance manager explained to me that it's was better for me to take the 5% interest and take the incentives that they were offering as a better deal. I told him that's not what I wanted I wanted the zero percent financing; he threw his hands up in the air and started a commotion and made me feel very uncomfortable. I should have walked out the door, but because I was in a rush and I felt intimidated by the F&I Managersâ actions; so I accepted receipt of the truck against my better judgement. Afterwards, when I had a chance to reflect on the meeting, and realized I gave in when I shouldnât have, I did call to complain about the purchase. I called my contact in the service department to let him know how unhappy I was with the games that sales played with me. The service contact forwarded my complaint to the manager, who called me the next day. The Manager promised me that my file was on his desk and he was going to look into everything and then get back to me. That's what irritated me the most; NO MANAGER EVER CALLED ME BACK. I'm sure Iâm not the first person thatâs had this experience, and I'm sure I won't be the last, considering the behavior of the sales staff. Unfortunately the service department is going to lose my continued business servicing my fleet of 9 company trucks; due to the coercion and manipulation of your sales Department. I highly recommend if you want to buy a vehicle to not use this dealership...
   Read moreOnly giving a 1 star because I have to have some sort of rating to leave a review for this company. We placed the order for a part online on March 15, 2024. After placing the order we never received an email confirming our order was placed. On March 19, 2024 I sent an email to the company and have not received any response from them regarding the email was ever received, it is now March 21st. I called them this morning and was immediately placed on hold, the person that answered my call answered the call by saying "please hold". Waited approximately 3 minutes, no on answered so I hung up and called back. The second call was answered the same as the first. I waited approximately another 3 minutes...hung up. This time I went to their website to get other phone numbers to call them. I called again, this time the operator directed me to the parts department where I received a voicemail asking me to leave a message so I left a message. I decided to call back and the operator answered I told her my call went to voicemail so she put me on hold and tried to locate the manager. I was told that she "would take my name and number and he, Brian would call me back in an hour, because he was currently working on a report." This was 8:00 a.m. pacific time. It is now 7:06 p.m. pacific time and I still have yet to receive a call back.
DEFINITELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I only wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the part for my car. I cannot drive my car because part that I ordered is the rear tail light, so this is extremely inconvenient not knowing what is going on...
   Read moreAfter buying a vehicle here and having it serviced several times what I've come to understand is the following;
If you own and maintain a fleet of vehicles through this location they probably care about you to some degree. That being said if you're operating on that level some of the charges associated with repairs may not phase you as much as a smaller business. However if you are a smaller business the service you get really isn't up to par and I'm really sad to say that, because being a small business, there's no way I could be doing as well as I am with a negative attitude or poor service. If I'm going to be charged 6 to $700 more for a service (than other locations charge) I need to understand why and there needs to be a warranty provided or highlighted or explained and really they try to do none of that.
When I try to schedule Services through the website it falls on deaf ears at this location. I don't really understand why that is and it's unfortunate but that's their prerogative. My first few times there I tried to inquire about getting my interior detailed or the exterior washed because it's a taller vehicle, even though they may play more over the phone that they offer these services or the website may say that they offer these Services they don't and won't or a combination of the two.
I love Ford products but when it comes to maintaining my purchase and when it comes time to buy my second third and fourth Vehicles it will not be at this location I'm sad to say. Also on the topic of my next purchase when it came time to inquire about custom Vehicles they weren't really...
