Took a laptop with a broken charger port there. It took 3 and a half months to get it back. The hard drive was completely wiped without warning, had a different OS installed, the charger port was still broken (they just gave a different, 'special' charger that worked half the time) and the touchpad was completely broken. As a result I took down a laptop whose screen had quit working and they were able to do repairs that kept me from needing to purchase a brand new screen.
I would highly recommend this group for any networking or computer repairs that...
