Called about a pj mask toy and was told it was in store and was holding it behind the counter so I thought I can go in and shop had my 2 year old with me to be told when I check out they already sold it. I was literally at big lots parking lot and then went to the store to get it and was sold while I was in there. Was no miss communication on my part. I called and double check cause I know myself if I go into stores and buy things but I did buy some cloths and items for my girls, but then to lie and say we never had it it was sold this morning after I got there and sorry does not cut it for me. I worked in retail and if you tell a customer that you have in and hold it for a customer and sold it to someone else. So if they tell you that just go straight to the counter because there communication is not good there. Made my day to crushing it in seconds when been looking for this toy for my girl for some reason pj mask is not sold in much stores anymore. It was nice they said sorry but I don't accept that. That toy was the only reason I came into the store. Also I had the same problem i saw on other reviews about workers making you uncomfortable because they think they are stealing. Went in with my husband to shop, upon entering the store was greated with nasty glares and the rude remark of that we only had 30 minutes to shop because they were closing by the store manger wearing a name tag that read "Denise L." Well the store experience didn't get much better. After a few minutes of shopping we made our way to the front checkout, where my husband layed some clothing on the counter and asked for them to be bagged separately from the cosmetics we had picked out. The cashier wearing a name tag reading "Alicia C." Began ripping the dress shrits that my husband had picked out off the hanger. She did not unbutton the shirts, no, she chose to rip them off the hanger roughly! Nobody wants to pay money for something that has been damaged.
