Avoid at all cost. They do not stand behind their product or service, make up lies about customers, and refuse basic customer service. My sister and I went to get our nails done a week before her wedding. I got plain gel on both my toes and fingernails. The very next day, a fingernail was chipped and an entire toenailās gel had full came off. I sent a message and had to drive three hours to get it fixed. I was told there was āno wayā for the nail artist to know if the gel was cured all the way. I donāt get my nails done often but one would assume knowing if the gel is cured would be a very basic requirement of a nail artist. Also within one day of getting our nails done, my sister discovered one of her toe nails had not been painted at all. Since I was already going to get mine fixed, we decided to wait until I was in person to ask them for a refund for her. Since we were now only a few days to the wedding, she didnāt have time to come get it fixed, which I told the person at the front desk. while getting my nails fixed, I was told my sister would get a partial refund, but no amount was told. Apparently an entire toe being missed was only worth $10 back from a $200 service. The day after this, another one of her toenails lost its polish too. I called to speak to them about getting a refund. At this point we are one day away from the wedding. I was told that they ādo not give refundsā despite the fact that they had already given a $10 refund. They then told me that my sister wears work boots every day and thatās why there is polish missing. My sister is a stay at home mom. She is barefoot in her home 90% of the time. This was a blatant lie. I was then told I didnāt let them know there was a problem soon enough, even though only a few days had passed. I asked for Bailey, the artist who did her nails (and the apparent owner) to contact me because I had questions about this story being told to me. I was told by her husband that she doesnāt talk to customers. So, they are allowed to make up stories to justify their horrible service, but I am not allowed to talk to the person who made up the story. I am then told that while they donāt offer refunds, they would have came to the wedding venue to fix the nails. I asked why I wasnāt given this option as I would have avoided a 3 hour trip to fix mine as well as gotten my sisterās fix before her wedding and honeymoon. The man on the phone then backtracked and said thatās not actually an option. He also made sure to tell me how many āfreeā things they did for my sister in order to justify not giving her a refund. He said they offered these services for free so she would have a good service for her wedding. However, if youāre doing these free upgrades out of the goodness of your heart (they were not asked for!) why are you repeatedly telling me how nice you are and how you could have charged her for a service she did not ask for? He also made sure to let me know that they could have charged my sister for changing the design on her nails last minute, and they (again, because theyāre so nice and also so they can throw it in your face later) could have said no. My sister walked in and said, Iād like this design instead, I know itās not what I initially wanted, and if we cannot change it that is okay. Bailey said no problem, we can do it. So why is it such an issue after the fact? If you stood behind your products, you would not have a no refund policy (which by the way, is not on the website) because you would feel good enough in your products to offer refunds when you mess up. Do not give this establishment your hard earned money. And if you do, pray you do not have an issue and have to see how horribly they treat people and just how little they stand behind their services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had used this place several times in the last few months. I had no issues until today. I made an appt on Friday for Sunday at 1, but then when I got to my appt at 1 pm. I was told it had been cancelled because they had called me earlier that day to rsch it to 12:30. I was attending church and did not get the call or message. As I did not have my phone with me at all(why would I during church services)But upon arrival at 1 pm, not only was I told it had been cancelled, but they were charging me a cancellation fee and was putting it on my card on file, I refused and the owners daughter came out and said they would see me at 1:30 and I had told them I would not pay the cancellation fee, she agreed. Within 10 min I received a call from the receptionist saying the owner would be charging me the cancellation fee, so I declined to ever use their business again. But now I will have to pay my bank a stop payment fee because I will not give them a penny for a cancellation I did not do, they did. So beware of using a card on file, it seems if they want to move your appt without confirmation from you and then cancel it and proceed to charge you, I wouldnt use...
