I have never had a less than Awesome experience here. No matter what your preference of product there is always something on sale and there is always something top shelf. The staff is amazing and I wanna give a special shout out to KYLER: A budtender that is 420% dedicated to providing excellent service, customer satisfaction, and encouraging customers to ask questions and take their time at the counter to answer any questions, to help someone pick out a new product that matches the customer needs (anxiety, a good time, sleep etcâŚ) THANK YOU KYLER!!!
YOU ROCK, FELICIA: knowledgeable in product and took the time to print out and explain to me how to dye my hair, the same color as hers. Iâm fairly certain that none of the aforementioned is part of her job description when I told her how much I loved her hair color and how I had been trying to do the same with my own she took gladly the time to give me step-by-step directions on how to borrow some of her Awesome style.

   Read moreToday was my first Northeast experience, I purchased a 1000mg pax vape cart and a 500mg cart. When I was rang up, the amount came to 50-60$ more than expected. Thinking the tax was just extremely high, I paid and figured I would check the receipt once done. Come to find out, I was charged for the 500mg cart twice. I came back around, they said they would reimburse me. After waiting 15 mins the sales person said âjust take 50$ cash I donât want you to have to waitâ. I said I was taxed on it as wellâŚ.he said âtake 3$ thatâs the most the tax would be anywaysâ. Me just trying not to wait any longer said I donât even care about the couple extra dollars, obviously he didnât want to have to do the whole process over. I now got home and realize the sales person didnât even give me the 1000 and 500 I got only 2 - 500mg carts but paid for 1000 and 500. Iâve never had something like this ever happen at a dispensary. I will never go back to this location. Iâm not sure if this sales person was seriously trying to pull a fast one on me, or they genuinely canât read the packaging.    Read moreThe store and company itself is my regular dispensary and I don't give them 1 star but, I bought an infused pre roll today. Used my debit card and got charged all the dumb ass ATM fees, which in itself is ridiculous, and ended up paying $26 after using my points for 25% off. That is insane. Then, when I get home and take it out of the tube to smoke it, half the weed had fallen out of the the joint and was inside the tube and the weed was so dry, it burnt so fast we got about 3 hits each between 2 of us. I'm sorry, but if they are charging that much for a pre roll, that thing better be in perfect condition and the weed better be in the joint, not in the tube. They are making money hand over fist and selling such low grade products. Unacceptable. Very very disappointed
EDITED Normally I would never go back to a dispensary after this experience. But the Seekonk NEA is my regular dispensary. This was my first bad experience after using this NEA for the last year, and the Fall River NEA being the first Mass dispensary I went to started going to pre-pandemic.
