Negative interaction with GM at Solar dispensary in Seekonk the other day.

A little background. On Wednesday my friend who has a vision disability asked for a ride to Solar to return a couple of vape cartridges he had purchased the previous week. One was leaking and the other wasn’t working. Before entering the facility I informed him that his receipt from the purchase was in the bag with the cartridges. The receipt clearly states that returns must be accompanied by a receipt and within 10 days and it was nine days since the purchase. While he interacted with the GM I was talking to another bud tender. A moment or two later my friend told me they would not accept the return because it was past 7 days since the purchase and I told him the receipt indicated 10 days for returning the purchase. He said he couldn’t find the receipt and I told him again that it was in the bag. He reiterated that he couldn’t find it. I then accompanied him to help out, I thought. I retrieved the bag (this is a small 2x4x6 inch bag) reach in and pulled out the receipt. How two adults were told to look in this little bag and couldn’t come up with the receipt is beyond my comprehension. I pulled the receipt out of the bag and threw it on the counter in frustration. I was angry at my friend for not making much of an effort looking for the receipt. Unfortunately, the GM decided the anger was aimed at her and I told her it wasn’t. She refused to listen and started to bully me and demanding I show her respect. I left the store never to return and my friend finally got his refund. I grabbed an ounce total the other day from this solar cannabis location, theres a big problem. This was my first time at a solar dispensary and my second time trying their weed i was excited as the first time i had their weed which was over a year ago wasnt bad at all. I cannot say the same this time around. I did get high however none of this weed smells the way it should. The taste aswell is similar to hay, thats not reassuring since i am inhaling this product. Ofcourse it was all very dry and the age ranged from 4 months to 9 months. I did not notice a difference in quality between the newest and oldest. Both tasted like hay, smelt like nothing and was just as dry. The strains i tried are the following. Member OG BX1 by good grass Blue dream x Pink champagne by good grass Gas truffle by solar Stoopid fruits by solar La poprocks x mimosa by solar Jellylicious by solar Jokerz candy by solar Peanut butter breath by nova farms All of these in their current state by my standards are unsmokable, i dont even feel comfortable giving it away due to it being a potential hazard. Never in my life I would think a dispensary with Rob people go there to grab a gram of blackjack it's advertised as $60 for one gram when you open it up there's only a half a gram. You advertise pink runs 3.5 for $60 I go in I asked for it and she said yeah we have them a gram of concentrate I said no 3.5 she said no we only have grams I proceeded to show her the website and how it is advertised. She opens it up and looks underneath and says it looks like a lot more than one gram proceeds to bring it in the back to the manager and tells me to wait that the manager is going to fix it. Never came out the manager never sold me to 3.5 for 60 as advertised and as I'm talking to her older gentleman walks in pissed saying I bought two grams of this last week and I got home and I said to myself why does it look so small I proceeded to go buy a scale the following day I went back to the dispensary bought a gram went out to the car waited and it was a half a gram. This place is a joke and it would take an advantage of people in that area.
