KFC — Restaurant in East Providence

I’m really not sure why I felt inclined to write a review about this dying food chain as if it didn’t have enough going wrong with it already, but when food costs what it does in this day and age, I feel it’s only right at this point.

I’m not expecting greatness from a fast food joint, but when I’m paying the same price at a sit down restaurant for an entree as I am for the 4 pc. tender box, and the quality is what it is, I think that speaks for itself.

The service was not bad, they were nice and the food came out very quick, (one might say suspiciously quick but thats fine with me)

To those who like little details:

They did not fill my drink up to the brim. Yeah I know it’s a stupid complaint, but I was the only person in line and it felt rushed. They also left out the sauce I asked for, and am assuming I was possibly even charged for (though I can’t say for certain, because it they forgot to hand me the receipt.

Alot of that could have been avoided if I myself remembered and asked again before driving off, but it is still worth mentioning.

This email is long overdue! I have been to KFC in many places/states and never have had such a bad experience as this location! I live in East Providence and have to go to the east side kfc in order to get a good meal with great service! I have tried several times with months in between to see if maybe the staff would be better but no! I have paid for meals in the drive through only to wait 15 minutes or more and then told they don't have any more chicken or mashed potatoes, etc! Or I go in and have ordered and received the wrong order/cold food/over-charged. I am definitely not the only person to have had issues here, there are many people at work and in my area that wont go there either. It would actually be nice for someone to actually take a look at the place and realize there are many changes that should be done starting from management! No employee will care about customer service unless their boss does! Its a shame that no amount of emails/calls will help this store become any better unless maybe the actual people from KFC come and check it out...

I’m giving them two stars because the wedges are good and the girl who took my order was nice...however i didn’t have the best experience as a first time comer to this kfc, I’m new to Rhode Island and i haven’t had kfc in a while so i figured I’d treat myself. So i ordered an original chicken and Mac and cheese fill up bowl for 5 dollars which usually comes with a cookie and a drink. So i got home and realized there was no cookie in the bag so i said forget the cookie it’s no big deal and proceeded to grabbed my 5 dollar original chicken and Mac and cheese fill up bowl and when i took the lid off of my food it was just plain Mac and cheese and it wasn’t good enough for me to say oh well I’ll take it anyway i started to call and complain but no one answers the phone.
