Very late review. But essentially you cannot rely on this place for AAA assistance if it is not convenient for them. Due to a road closure through the Prescott National Forest, I had to back track a significant distance and ran out of gas maybe 10 miles outside Seligman (which I accept is my fault). This was around 8:00PM. AAA attempted to contact this shop for roadside assistance, but they continued to ignore AAA. I called them directly and when I explained my situation and all I needed was gas I was told: "yeah, we don't do that here." So, I just asked for a tow into town (I was on the interstate). I was told again: "sorry, better try someone else, but it won't be until morning." This was around 11:00PM now at this point, so three hours of waiting. I was stuck on the side of the road until 7:00AM the following morning. When AAA finally got ahold of them, a driver came out and filled my tank enough to get me into town. When I asked the guy what made them wait so long, I was told: "my boss doesn't like to send people out at night because of the wildlife." I was also told they had several truck available that night that could have come out to me, but they chose not to. We're do I begin. I am from a tiny little town in western Wisconsin. We drove to Las Vegas and what an adventure it was. What was supposed to be a 30 hour drive turned into almost 3 days. I had to rerout to avoid i70 through Colorado mountains and it took me to I40. I unfortunately wasn't aware of the weather conditions that were happening and got stuck in the blizzard. After hours of sitting in traffic and being flooded by semi splash my car died mid blizzard traffic. I was able to limp it along to 9 miles shy of 93 on I40 wb when it just stopped for good. I called so many company's and so many refused to come get me. I didn't even get the drivers name but I called route 66 and they had me in their tow truck within 45 minutes of calling. He made sure to bring me to a hotel and drop my car in an accessible place for the repair to come get. I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for this company and this driver. My son turned 18 on the side of the road of I40 on March 8th. You guys literally saved the day and our vacation. I would 100% recommend this company...

What a joke. Got a flat tire at the Chevron across the street from this place in the middle of the night. Tow truck driver was out in his truck. I walk over to him and ask him if the shop does tire repairs and if he could change a tire. He tells me he is not changing a tire out and that we are out of luck the shop does not open until Monday. I ask about a tow and ask if they take Geico, he again tells me I’m out of ouch they do not take Geico. I walk back to my car and change my tire out myself and watch him hurry up and go to the shop and jump in his personal car and drive off. What a fantastic person that guy was and so super helpful! Not! Do not go here they will not lift a finger to help you out! I was with my wife and four kids and he didn’t...
