The service here was 10/10!! My family is so grateful! We travel for work and after a long day we needed a hotel asap! Everywhere was booked except here they had one room left. We were informed that they were closing soon and we weren't going to make it. But luckily whoever helped us on the phone made it happen!!! You saved us from so much trouble. We have three kids and this meant the world to us. It's so quiet clean and cozy. I love the vibes it gives off. Perfect for the location. Thank you to the angel that saved our night!!

While road tripping cross-country this past Spring, I ran into some terrible life threatening weather, but was saved by this cute little motel. Before finding this place I was almost sleeping in my car or a very very seedy motel 6, but happened to come across this little hidden gem. Not only was the place safe, it was clean, affordable, and provided excellent customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my SAFE overstay and even got a souvenir to remember it by. If you're ever traveling on route 66, be sure to book a stay here :-)

This is perfect if you’re just passing through which i imagine most people are, the owner was friendly she got extra pillows for us when we needed them, the room was clean, there was a great place down the road for a bite to eat and it was an easy check in and easy check out. The bed was very hard, that’s the only thing I’d suggest is getting more comfortable beds. My husband and I didn’t sleep very well.

We stayed as a couple for a single night whilst heading towards the Grand Canyon West and wanting to scratch the Route 66 urge. We choose the hotel as it was the cheapest (but still not cheap, we paid the same as we paid in LA), it was the cheapest by only about five dollars||||Currently, they are redeveloping the hotel. So, parts of it area an active construction site it seems. Many of the rooms are taped off and clearly not in use. They have this all on their Instagram if you want to see. From what I see, they are redecorating rather than actually doing the refurbishment it clearly needs||||There is a lot wrong with this hotel to be honest, which could be related to the construction, but I feel its not. The usual facilities like coffee machines, ice machines, vending machines are all missing from the hotel. You can ask for ice at the front desk. The WiFi is poor (I used my data instead), and its dirty and dated. They operate a contact free check in, you get emailed a room code. Fine. But given the lack of items in the room, there was a need to go to the front desk anyhow. For example, they gave us a single towel (we’d booked for 2 people). Apparently, they only put 1 towel in each room because some times it just 1 person. So, they are saving laundry costs, fair enough. But then you will always defeat the contact free check in.||||Despite the lack of guests, it was a noisy place. There was probably 3 rooms occupied at the time, and they put us all together (there were plenty of non used rooms). The walls are paper thin, so we could hear word for word the conversation from next door. They were not loud, just the walls are very thin. Luckily, they didn’t talk late, but bring earplugs if you stay here, that’s my advice. ||||Location wise, its next to a bar (no noise came through though), but the bar wasn’t great. Its near a diner (I think the are affiliated). We chose to drive somewhere to eat instead. ||||All in all, it was by far the worst place we stayed in 3 weeks. It wasn’t the most horrific place, and if there was nothing else in Seligman, I’d stay again. But given the plethora of other options either next door or up the road, where, there were a lot more restaurants, I’d be inclined to try any of them over the...
