Stayed this summer on our Father/Daughter/Son road trip. When we first pulled in, I was a little nervous, since the outside looked a little sketchy, but the motel office was clean, and the lady working the front desk was very kind, telling us about the history of Seligman and Angel Delgadillo. Our room was surprisingly very clean, wood floors, large TV and a fridge with a freezer (that my dad utilized. The freezer turned a bag of water into a block of ice. He was very impressed with the freezer). The beds were clean, and so was the bathroom, however the shower in our room was a little dated and could use a remodel, but it worked, so that's all that matters. I slept very well that night, and I absolutely adored seeing the neon in the sign light up at night. I also loved the owners' little white dog.

The best thing about the hotel: the attention of the staff. I did a late check in and the employee was very nice and even helped me plan my day. I had planned to spend the whole day in the canyon but he recommended visiting other places, like Sedona, which was amazing. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, looked freshly painted, spotless. The only bad thing is the bathroom, not very comfortable, the location of the toilet is in a corner with little space.

You feel like in the 60th. The old sign and layout of this cosy motel is unique. I liked it very much. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. You get an big enough nearby your car🚗. For diner you have in town some good options 5-10 min. Walk. For breakfast you get a price reduction in some linked bars. The rooms are quiet and have comfort like AC and bathroom with schampoo and clean towls.

This is a really cute motel. Very cheap for the price but I am also from California. Which for 1 night in California would be like $150. $94 a night for this room is a really good deal for me. The room is clean the guy was very nice. We been driving for so many hours. I love this little town. I came here 2 years ago when my car broke down. They have a mechanic and we stayed in Route 66 motel waiting for my car to be fixed the next day. So we got to know the town. Which is based off the movie from Cars. You will see the old cars here that they used to make the movie cars. The hippy bus, doc, the sheriff. Also the food at Road kill Cafe is great. You get a %10 discount if you go to Lilos Cafe. We came in lastnight around 2am tried to sleep in a car for a little bit. We said nevermind we went to Route 66 motel. They had a phone number to call no one answered. But they did text me this morning. So we came to this motel a few feet away. The guy answered the door and got us a room. But the bathtub had a spider in it. Which I'm glad it's nothing bad. Daddy long legs are good spiders. Did see 2 ants. Not sure why but that didn't bother me either. When I travel again I will stay at this place or Route 66 motel. They both are great motels. Oh and I felt really safe staying here. I already was planning on trying to sleep in the car here because I knew we would be safe. But after trying to get sleep for almost an hour me and my Husband said let's just get a room. Will feel so much better. I got about 3 to 4 hours asleep. But our son called and woked us up. But I do feel a little rested. My Husband will probably drive more while I sleep in the car. But at least I was able to lay my head down and feel good. I recommend this motel and Route 66 to everyone it's...

Called to verify reservation told it was booked through a third party site that they no longer used. Then why have it on your website? So, "Bobby" conformed reservation for me at that time. When I called on day of arrival the same "Bobby" told me the room had been canceled because it had been originally booked through a third party that they no longer used. I reminded him that "he" had confirmed my room two days earlier. He finally agreed that I had a reservation. When I arrived he once again acted as if he had done me a favor. When I pulled up to park in front of my room another customer came out of her neighboring room and informed me she would be using that space. Went back to "Bobby" to tell him I wasn't going to put up with this tirade from another customer, but he wouldn't refund my room. Instead he went down to confront the other "guest" telling her not to talk to other guests, but then instructed me to park in a different space in front of another room, not mine. Will never stay there again, plus the rooms are very small... Not as depicted in their online pictures. Very disturbing experience for my wife...

Spent a night here a little while ago. Owner was rude and incompetent when it can to rights regarding service animals. When I booked the appointment I spoke with the wife who scheduled my room, and during the time of setting up the booking I informed her that I was bringing a service dog with me. When I arrived the day of my appointment I was told no dogs were allowed inside the hotel even though I tried explaining how he was not just a companion but was with me performing a job. I also tried showing them his badge, and he had his vest on, yet they either did not understand or were ignoring what I was trying to say. I tried to stay patient but when you have someone yelling at you it makes it a little difficult so we ended up in a yelling match. They then tried to upsell me a room at their other location down the street (and was almost twice as much as the room I had previously booked) which they allowed "pets" at. Needless to say they made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for having my service dog (which they were given previous knowledge of and I had documentation...
