Bestway Rent To Own — Local services in Senatobia

I would never recommend using Bestway in Senatobia. We needed a new stove and could not purchase one at the moment so rent to own was our best option. We went in and found a stove and it was delivered the very next day. Unfortunately the stove didn’t work and this is where everything went downhill. It took them 3 weeks to get us out a working stove. They kept saying they were coming by and no one was home but someone was home they just weren’t actually coming by.Once we finally got the working stove it was time for my autopay to come off but it didn’t. I called them and they said since we had so much trouble getting us a stove they would only charge me 50 dollars the following morning. But again they never took it out. I was out of town so I was unable to call them and remind them to do their job. So they just randomly took more than a full payment even though I was told I would only be charged 50. When I called to find out why they kept saying they tried to call me to authorize the payment but they never did call me. I’m still waiting on the refund from that which I know I will never get. During all this we were able to just buy a stove which we did and I called to inform them they need to come get there stove I was done they have been nothing but completely unprofessional. It took about another 3 weeks before they actually came and got the stove. In this time they tried to take another payment even though I was assured that would not happen. I did get a refund for that though. And then today almost a week after they finally got the stove they called and texted today trying to get another payment. The person I talked to today said it was a mistake and I now have been taken out of the system but with they’re track record I’m not confident I won’t have a random payment just taken anyway. Don’t ever use them they will just take your money and give you the run around...

Washer and dryer arrived after Christmas despite placing the order on the 22nd of December and being told to expect the appliances between 1:00P.M.-3:00P.M. the next day.

Upon inspecting the installation of the washing machine, the technician failed to tighten any of the water lines sufficiently or even turn the water lines on in the first place. He did not have the necessary tools to actually complete his job, and even had to borrow a screwdriver to install the dryer cord.

I implore anyone that reads this review to avoid Bestway at all costs, and instead save your money to purchase your furniture outright. This place is worse for your wallet than a payday...

Well,I was suppose to had gotten a sectional couch delivered on a Friday between the hours of 10 an 12,they never showed up with the couch,never called to say we're not coming. Then a worker had the audacity to call me the next day (Saturday)to ask was I going to have a payment in there today. I told him I don't even have the couch an you're worried about a payment??
