My 2nd time here 1st time was great had a level 1 stylist won’t mention her name on here since she is just starting out first time someone overseen her the whole process of doing my hair 7 weeks later I’m very disappointed and will not return here for any services I was going in for my highlights specifically told her not to touch the length she said ok I’m just going to trim the dead ends which is about an eight of an inch you will still have your length . I said perfect there was no one overseeing her she kept telling me she wasn’t touching length just trimming dead ends I knew something wasn’t right because I just had my hair done 7 weeks ago and there could not have possibly been that much dead ends. She kept wanting to layer my hair I said no I’m here for a partial that’s it. Needless to say I am not very happy I hate short hair and is why I kept telling her not to touch the length. I think she is a little over confident in herself and just does as she wants because she sure didn’t listen to what I asked her. I went up to pay she said you need to come back in six weeks for another partial and dead end trim I said no it don’t need a dead end trim in 6 weeks it’s already to short she said oh it’s to short today I said yes that’s why I repeatedly asked you not to touch the length and you said ok but took about and inch possibly more off my hair and I hate it I do not like short hair and you did not listen to your client she said I’m sorry I will make note next time not to cut it so short. I paid for my service still tipped her for her service but I will not go to a stylist who does not do what the client asked her to do and just do her own thing and think that’s ok. I wish her the best of luck as a new and upcoming stylist but if she don’t listen to her clients she will not build a clientele unfortunately for me it takes one time for a stylist to screw my hair up by doing her own thing and I never return it’s a shame because I really liked the salon that’s why I returned for a second bust all the ladies seem wonderful but I will not return to a stylist who does her own thing and thinks it’s ok with a sorry. I moved back to the Annapolis area recently and I was in terrible need of a quality stylist . , I used to always get my hair done at Mazda Gallery .However, it was too far for me now ,and I was looking for someone closer to me. It has been really tough finding a stylist since I moved here, and I’m very particular about my hair. I had a couple of horrible experiences as well with trying new stylists in the area. Then I found Sage at Christina Joesphs! I was so nervous in the beginning of my visit! I have planned a vacay in Nantucket and wanted to look fabulous !!! I was introduced to Sage , She was so nice patient and kind! She really listened to me and was so easy to talk to a be around! I left the salon with a super fabulous hair cut and highlights.!!! Sage even did my brows! Super job , my eyebrows haven’t look this good in a while !!!!!! I felt like a new woman! When I came home, I could really tell my husband really loved my hair !!!!
